First time here with my 7 yo son, who received 2 gifts cards here for Christmas. I signed right up and got my membership rewards card. After talking to the ladies working the Starbucks counter, they didn't have to ask me twice. All the employees were knowledgeable about all questions I asked and they didn't mind helping me with every one either. Very friendly atmosphere. Was very impressed with all their products. My card paid itself off and then some in that very first visit. I didn't even have time to check out the whole store. Had I not had prior plans and had to rush out, I would've been there probably till closing time. And we were there for well over an hour already. We will be regular customers here in no time, thanks to the outstanding customer service and merchandise. My son's purchases. Except for the "? MINI BOOS Collectibles", that I secretly bought for him to open tomorrow morning. Also, Aunt Sarah was with us and she bought a book and bookmark as well as our 2 Starbucks coffees we each had. LOVE LOVE LOVE our new Saturday night hangout spot!! Thank you all!! ??

I love book stores and sadly they are few and far between. It is for this reason, I love spending some of my day after running errands,at Barnes and Noble. Always a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. The browsing areas where one can sit and preview a magazine or book, makes the visit so worthwhile. I always find something, whether it is a new book or magazine or gift item, at Barnes and Noble.

I love coming to the Wellington Barnes and Noble! Thalia is the sweetest person ever and I get even more excited when I see that she’s working. She always makes the book shopping experience so much better !

This B&N is amazing it's not as snazzy as all of the other ones tbh. But it has everything in stock when all the other stores are on a waiting list just a good hidden gem. The staff Is super friendly and the Starbucks is way better then the other Starbucks in same plaza that is. 10 xs busier and also happen to 100x more bougie and stuck up.

I see the last review for this store has a 1 star… I’m MIND BLOWN how that could be! This book store is beautiful! The selection is amazing! They have kids toys, legos, greeting cards, vinyl records, cds, dvds, children’s books, and every topic you could think of for an adult from dieting and cooking to self health/improvement to history and sports… you name it they have it!
This is my favorite local location in particular just for the selection and size! 10 out of 10 recommend!!! Thank you to the staff :)

What a sorry excuse for a bookstore. I haven’t been here in a while and I have a membership. And I will say throughout 2023 when I went magazines were old. It’s now February 2024 and there are still magazines from November of last year. I went to the religious section, and there was no thought or effort in that area. There is still Christmas gifting in that area. I went to the fashion and art section, and there was very little on fashion. I walked around the store, and even by the front register area and not one time, did anyone acknowledge me. At one point I saw the manager talking with an employee and they both looked at me in my eyes and said nothing.
I will no longer renew my membership to Barnes & Noble. There is no purpose when magazines are outdated and it appears no one actually wants to service customers in the store. It was very clear that I was looking around for some thing, but they didn’t care. It would be a good idea to work with your magazine vendors, so that people have something new and fresh on the newstands versus crumbled magazines that are, three months old. This right here is one of the reasons why people go to Amazon.o
