Took hours and I had to go from one store to another because the first AT&T store had NO stock. Why would a phone store not have phones?? Second store had product but only one employee that was able to assist. I was in there for hours

Moses was of great help! And he is able to assist several customers at the same time. Unfortunately, the store only has one employee assisting customers. There can be a long wait.

Went in the store to activate a new phone shipped directly from AT&T. Unfortunately met with Moses. He was a fast talker, over bearing and rude. We advised the plan was already set up and he proceeded to tell us how we were scammed by the ATT rep who set up our account. He spent half of the time speeding though his calculations on his calculator, telling us how mush we would save by changing some services. After I finally had to tell him to cool down and give us a minute, we advised that we would be sending the phone back and purchasing it outright from Apple since we did not want to pay the for the phone over 3 years. He immediately said we could not return it since no receipt came up on our account, even though the phone was never opened . We advised himwe would contact ATT directly about the return and would be back with a new phone. Left the store, went upstairs to Apple and found out that Moses has already ported the number to the new phone, even though we did not give him permission to do so, which left us with no service on our Verizon account. … a Verizon phone that now, no longer worked! We drove to the ATT corporate store on State road 7, met with Tristan, who was amazing and got everything corrected and set up. I have never had to be rude to a salesman, but his guy should not be in sales…. Or he thought his fast talking could bamboozle two women. How he could let us leave with our Verizon phone without service and not tell us that he already ported the number was just scammy and dangerous. Stay away from this place and drive down the street to the corporate store for all of your needs.

Non Disclosure=DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICE SALES PRACTICES. Contacted by James M. one of sales rep for the store to visit as they had promotions that could benefit current att business account holders. Upon visiting James advised that due to current promotions, I could (1)replace my current ATT fibre residential internet with business internet for the SAME price as residential (2)speed would be faster due to it being a business service and (3) a $200 gift card as it would be labeled a new service. (4) there would be the opportunity to save money on additional features with my business mobility account such as adding a second line for a reduced amount etc. I specifically asked if the equipment associated with business service is different from the residential service....I was told yes. First LIE!! What is the faster speed? You will get 1.5gb in speed. Second LIE!! With that said, I agreed to proceed. After spending over an hour in the store because they could get the switch over processed correctly on the tablet, then trying on the computer, then the manager comes over to assist without even saying hello or apologizing for my time tied up in store. Finally after almost two hours I am told all is well and service call to install new business internet submitted. Very professional tech comes out after delaying appointment several times. No issue with that as I work from home. Tech looks at router and discloses its the same and will just switch out with the unit that has been set up for the business service. Once that was completed...speed test showed it was no faster that residential service. In fact it was slightly slower. Fast forward.....setup completed tech advises me to remember to cancel residential service so I am not charged for both accounts. Upon calling to cancel residential service I was advised by the CSR on the phone that the business service is actually $800 (eight hundred dollars) per month but it is discounted $720 with no information on when the $720 discount would end. At this point, I was flat out furious for this not being disclosed. I immediately contacted the number for the business service and requested for them to immediately close the account for non-disclosure. Total scam for the manager and the sales reps to generate sales and commissions with a straight face

My husband and I came to upgrade his phone and Moses helped us out. He is the nicest manager and truly helps out the customer with everything. He gave us such a good deal with the iphone 14 pro, case, car phone mount, screen protector, and camera protector! We were not looking to buy everything just upgrade the phone, but for the deal he gave us we couldn’t say no! He also helped us bring our bill down. He didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did. He also didn’t have to help us bring our bill down, but he did and that showed me that he truly cared about helping out customers! Will come to this store again! Excellent customer service!

I went in to inquire about a phone upgrade. I didn’t yet qualify but nonetheless Moses went into my account and found that I was paying for an old, limited data plan that cost MORE than the newest unlimited plans. Even though I wasn’t there for my bill I really appreciated him looking out for me and finding something better for less! That’s amazing. He didn’t even have to say anything but he cared about helping me out even if it wasn’t why I came into the store originally. AT&T, do not lose this guy!! I’ll be back because of him. I felt like I actually mattered as a customer. Thank you for that.

I had a great time at this store, they gelp me get a ppl hone mine was dead and the service was great all three associates had a beautiful smile on their faces. But there was one young lady that stand out she went above and beyond for me and I appreciate her for that I stand there and every customer that comes in that door she help them with a smile very positive young lady I hope the promote her soon ❤️ ♥️ ? ? ?
