Went in looking to spend a store credit. Found a beautiful rug that I believe will look great. Also, looked at mattresses to consider. Our sales rep, Jean P. , was so helpful and nice. She was not pushy at all and answered all my questions.

I purchased a sleeper sofa on June 1, it was delivered damaged. They arranged for it to be exchanged, and the second sofa arrived 6/21 also damaged. I asked for a refund and was told I didn’t qualify for a refund because I allowed the driver to leave the sofa in My Home. Was I supposed to check for damage on the truck? And don’t fall for the 24 hours to go over your purchase because that doesn’t qualify for a refund either. Apparently, Ashley does not have a refund policy. At least that is what I was told by the customer care manager. After receiving the second damaged sofa, I made a point to say this is not what I purchased in store, which is damaged goods. I was told I did receive what I purchased, which was a sofa sleeper. Unreal! Needless to say, I now await my third sofa. INSPECT everything before the driver leaves!!
Oh.. did I mention I paid for premium delivery. I received a call prior to my delivery, telling me that my furniture was being inspected before it was being brought to my home.
