DO NOT use this repair service. Dean is very rude and disrespectful. He did not answer any of my questions which leads me to believe he used inferior parts when repairing my appliances. He would not call me back. Buyer beware.

I had a service call set up and took the afternoon off of work and waited around all day and they did t show. Not even a phone call to say they couldn't come.

I called for local dryer repair andafter seeing all the great reviews. Its true he answered my call direct from his cell and came and explained everything . Next day shauns here and fixed fast. Will use him for all my appliances. Reliable and knowledgable guy. Thx Shaun
