AAA Critter Trapper and RepairBobbie Sue and Jason are a phenomenal team to eliminate those pesky critters like rats and raccoons. They are reliable, courteous and determined to help you with the critters you have roaming about your home and attic space. They came and placed a device in the sewer system to prevent rats from entering your home through the sewer system. This is environmentally friendly because you’re not putting poison in your home or yard which can inadvertently injure or kill other wildlife in your community. They are reasonably priced and friendly. I highly recommend this team of critter professionals!

From the initial visit it was clear they genuinely care about their customers and we were glad to support a local, family owned and operated business. I can't recommend them more highly! I can’t express enough gratitude for this company. I spent over $2000 on 2 other companies over a 2 year period trying to get rid of rats in my home and attic with no success. Terminix being the first, and a small company being the second. I finally searched online for a third assuming I was living with rats for forever and going to spend money to just contain them for the rest of my life. But AAA came in with confidence, which I was wary of myself after my previous experiences. They told me they would install a 1 way trap door in my outside plumbing and I would never see a rat again. They said this is a tool they invented and it’s proven to work. They said it will likely ALSO likely get rid of the roach problem that the previous pest control guy’s rat feed attracted. I know right!!!! Well it has now been 3 months… NO MORE RATS!!!!! And guess what, the roaches are gone too! If you are like me and have been through the ringer, OR they are your first search, hire them, they are worth every penny! We are gonna be hiring them next to do our insulation.

Highly recommended, professional and nice to work with. We had a foul odor at our walk in closet and couldn't figure out why. I called their number at 7pm and they arrived at my house the next morning. They quickly found the dead rat in the attic and recommended sealing all possible entry sites.They did a great job, and they came back to check the attic many times after the treatment to make sure there was no possibility for any rats or rodents.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the service I received from AAA Critter Trapper & Repair. Bobbie Sue was very responsive, her and the team came out to review our situation, offered a solution that not only helped protect my home but also saved me lots of money. I highly recommend them and I’m asking for a pest control quote to possibly displace my current Big Brand service. I definitely prefer to support a small, local business that does excellent work.

Jason and his family were excellent! I had a large cotton mouth snake in front of my house and they came out right away and removed it so quickly. If you’re ever in this predicament call them!!!! I can’t say enough good things!

If you've got a critter issue, these two are your absolute go to. I looked all over Yelp, Google and Angi's list and AAA Critter Trapping and Repair had 5 stars and excellent reviews across all platforms! Knew they would be our heroes. We had a sneaky lizard somehow make its way into one of our walls and it couldn't get out. Called AAA Critter Trapping and Repair and Bobbie Sue and Jason responded by right away. They came in with their scope and quickly found the curly tail culprit causing all of the commotion. Thanks for coming to ours and the lizard's rescue. Definitely recommend. Read all of the other reviews and see for yourselves how great they are dealing with all critter issues.

I wish I'd known about AAA Critter Trapper & Repair several years ago, when I first discovered raccoons were nesting in my attic. Before I found them, I'd had at least 3 different service providers come out to resolve the issue of the returning mama raccoon (I'm pretty sure it was the same mama raccoon year after year, because once the mama finds a safe place to nest with her babies, she returns to the same space every nesting season).Over the course of about 5 years, other service providers who came to my house trapped opossums or they trapped nothing at all. I came to learn that raccoons are hard to trap because they're not only strong and determined but clever. SO clever, in fact, that they can reach into a cage and grab the food inside without setting off the trap. So, setting traps never worked.After one of the service providers came to my house (a few years ago) and confirmed through an inspection of the attic that the raccoons were no longer present, he assured me they would never get in again because he sealed off the entry point and surrounding areas with wire meshing. A year later, the wire meshing proved to be ineffective; the guy installed meshing that was too big (high gauge), and the open spaces in the meshing were easy to grab onto. So the mama raccoon ripped off the meshing, found her way into my attic, and set up her nest again. A local handyman came my house and bolted down the meshing the raccoon had torn off, but the raccoon just ripped it off again next year. Side note: foam spray doesn't work either, so don't try that as a "fix".SEVERAL hundred dollars later, I found AAA Critter Trapper & Repair. Their proposed raccoon removal method was one that had never been suggested by the other "experts" who had come to my house. And guess what? The method worked. Instead of using traps, the folks at AAA Critter Trapper & Repair injected the nesting area with a liquid deterrent. The odor of the liquid is so repulsive that the mama raccoon and her babies are basically flushed out of the attic.Within a week, the mama raccoon and her babies skedaddled and it was all quiet in the attic. AAA Critter Trapper & Repair then came back and RE-sealed the entire entry point and surrounding areas with cement and metal flashing. Those critters will never get into my attic again.The folks at AAA Critter Trapper & Repair were thorough, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and reasonably priced for the truly expert service provided. I highly recommend them.Service: General wildlife removal

I kept hearing crying from above. Bobbie Sue and her team were amazing. They came, as promised, the next morning, found a hole where an opossum had gotten in and sealed it up, along with other openings on the roof. They are honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They did a great job! This is a A+ company if you have a critter problem.This is not the first time I've used AAA Critter Trapper & Repair. It's amazing how really good people stick in your mind, and when I heard walking on my roof, they were the only ones I was going to call.And once again, they are still A+ in my book, the company to call if you have a critter problem. Responsive, nice, honest and knows their job. Thank you!

I mistakenly contacted AAA critter trapper from another state looking for someone to help me with a nest of raccoons that took up residence in the ductwork of my RV. Even though they couldn’t help because we were five states away, they gave me some great suggestions and advice, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’d be calling them if I needed assistance and was living in south Florida.

I have used AAA critter trapper and repair several times over the past few years. Bobbie Sue and Jason are always fair and courteous. They are great with communication – texting before they arrive. They always clean up the area they work in when they’re done. All in all, this is a great local company to do business with.
