Had to ship some of my father's belongings up north after his death. Mary was very friendly and helpful during the process. Much better customer service here than what I'm used to in Chicagoland!

They won’t stop shoving packages in the mail box that doesn’t fit. Damaged my new book :( Another package I had to cut the box out of the mail box bc it was shoved in so tight.
