I called my prescription in on Tuesday..was told I could pick it up on Wednesday, called on Wednesday to see if it would be ready..was told I could pick it up on Thursday..called on Thursday to verify my prescriptions would be ready an was told No..can't pick up until Friday but I will need to call in prescription early to make sure it would be ready before days end....I really wish ya'll could get you crap straight..it's very frustrating to have to keep calling an driving back an fourth for nothing..always get a different answer an reason every time...very unprofessional....

I took an empty foundation bottle to match it with a new one so I don’t get the color wrong. They did not have the color so I tried to match it with another color. As I’m paying I had my empty foundation in my hand and the cashier asked me as I was paying if I was going to pay for the one I had in my hand. He made me feel like a thief. Not cool. I’m glad I took it with me because I was able to match it with a similar color. I could have taken a picture but it wasn’t the same. The cashier would not even smile, not friendly and he had no personality.

Male pharmacist was extremely rude. He told me my insurance is out of network & to call to get a list of in network pharmacies. When I called my insurance, this was the first IN network pharmacy they provided and they said a claim was never submitted from Walgreens pharmacy. Rude and liars.

The pharmacy loses prescriptions
during power outages. They make it difficult to get prescriptions filled. This is the 3rd time I've had trouble getting prescriptions filled here. Cortez Blvd Walgreens much better!

The MALE PHARMACIST is beyond rude, I have dealt with plenty of pharmacists in my line of work but the one on shift today is absolutely terrible and should probably choose a job that does not require any human interaction. There is absolutely no reason for his level of unprofessionalism. I would love to give zero stars but since I can't I'm going to contribute the one star to the kind and professional male pharmacy tech that assisted me in the beginning.

Worse place ever. Heather the manager (black straight long hair and horrible eyebrows)lack of customer service very unprofessional just plain rude and nasty. Walgreens needs better managers. Walgreens at glen lakes used to be outstanding until now.

This Walgreens closes while it is still daylight out.It's absolutely ridiculous why any Walgreens, especially on a weekend, would close at 8 pm.HORRIBLE

If he asked me to leave a Google review about six months ago, I would’ve given you zero stars. I honestly do not like a certain pharmacist thing Jordan that used to work there. She was rude. Not understanding. Yelled at me on the phone then reported her then she got mad because I did and you know what I don’t need that kind of attitude in my life, I only appreciate understanding people especially when my mom and myself have to constantly go to the pharmacy because we need to pick up medication’s for sure. I wish things were changed but you know it I appreciate one of the staff members. I’ll get his name and update this messageHe has glasses and always is kind and helpful
