I give them 0 stars. They overcharge a friend of mine on certified letters with return receipt. USPS charges roughly $8.50 per letter. They charge him almost $16 per letter, just about double the price. That is outrageous over pricing, I would gather that they overcharge on all their shipping. I would not recommend them to anyone. There is a USPS on Forest Oaks Blvd. Go to them..... I think it will be safe to say that his letters will be lost in transit between them and the USPS.

My husband went to mail 3 registered certified letters, normally they run around 9 $ per letter they charged him 49$ . This is outrageous I don't recommend this place to anyone, here it is 2 day's before Christmas smh what a rip of. I am very angry ?

Actually I give them zero stars, I was charged $16 per certified letter to be sent out when I come to find out that the actual post office charges only $9 for the same thing. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Rip offs???

Super prompt and friendly service when I mailed my package. The day after I mailed it I had a question and left a message an hour after they had closed, expecting a call the next day, but got a call back less than 15 minutes later. Very impressed with their amazing customer service and professionalism!
