Very busy Publix. Very nice people. Very good cookie. And very good Cupcakes! The family really enjoyed the cupcakes. Buttercream icing is great. Cream cheese ice is amazing!I will definitely choose Publix for bakery items from now on. For 3 main reasons.Prices compared to WM. WM don't name their icing and they tend to not seal their bakery items.

I truly love my Publix minus the moldy fruit(s) and that I constantly bring home unknowingly; double (triple?) check all your produce before leaving. The Shoppes at Glenn Lakes employ some of the nicest employees and are very helpful when needed. Clean store. Bright. Well stocked. Friendly.

I'm giving a one-star review for the deli department. I order subs every Sunday for my family through the app. I always order at least an hour ahead if not with a larger time frame ahead of time. Not one time and the past several months has it been on time. I'm having to stand there and wait 10-20 minutes for it to be completed. I don't think they're starting the order until I say something about it not being in the case. None of the employees in the deli seem to care as every week they have an excuse. I have come in first thing in the morning, mid-afternoon, late evening; it doesn't matter what time it is, it's usually wrong and I have to wait. I could understand if it was a day like super bowl where they were super busy but on a normal day when it's not busy there's no reason my order can't be done on time. This is a weekly occurrence.The staff is always super friendly in all the other departments and registers. But the deli department needs some help. Everyone always looks miserable in that department, nobody wants to help, nothing's ever done on time, several customers are standing around waiting. I don't know if they need more staff or different staff but this is the only part of the store that seems to be having a problem.

Everyone is helpful and polite. Store is always clean inside and well stocked. They have an excellent bakery.

I'm very, very disappointed in the pharmacy at Glen lakes's publics, I have been going there for years. The 2 gentlemen that was running it care about the people And they're concerned, the people that is running it now are very arrogant. And know it all's an argues with you over your medications. They don't care about us.They're more company affiliated. Needless to say, I will be switching to a different pharmacy away from Publix.
