This is the store I shop at. The staff is awesome they all know me of course . Today it was raining really hard so I was sitting in my car waiting for it to slow up and this is what I witness. The employee her name is Devina she was helping an elderly lady out to her car had the big umbrella and was more worried about keeping the customer under the umbrella then herself. The lady could not get her car unlocked kept trying by this time Devina sweater was extremely wet. Finally the lady got the drivers side door open and jumped in the car and left Devina in the rain. Devina finally was able to get the back door open and put her groceries in the car for her. This whole time Devina had a smile on her face. When I entered the store I found Devina and thanked her and told one of the manager what I had witnessed. This is why I shop at Publix!!’ Sorry for the long post. Thank you Devina!

I just came home from purchasing wings. On the box the price was $13.99. I am looking at my receipt and they charged $14.99. Mind you, a dollar will not break me but how many people does this happen to daily?! I called and spoke to Maryanne. She said, let me check. The wings are $14.99 so that's correct. Seriously, the box says $13.99!! I actually called to let them know there may be something wrong with ringing people up incorrectly but with her attitude - she didn't care! Very unlike the Publix service we have grown to love. DEFINITELY GONE!!

ordered a cake. 1st was sloppily done. 2nd didn't even have the right colors. and it was a picture out of their book. wanted dark blue. doesn't even have dark blue on the cake. won't go back

Husband and I got the Covid-19 Vaccine on Sunday, this Publix Pharmacy is Great 5 Stars, they were very organized about giving Vaccine, we were in and out in no time, and they were very caring giving you info on shot, Thanks Publix!!

I ordered three sandwiches online - and was waiting at the deli. Finally the guy at the sandwich counter asked me what i was waiting for - i said i was waiting for an online order.
