“The location was run very smoothly. I was able to check in on-line, and entered the waiting area for no more than 4 minutes before I was called. The Phlebotomist was very personable, efficient and professional. The blood draw was positively painless. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.”
“I attempted to make an appointment and it didn't process in the system. So I was then moved to a walk-in status. I waited longer than anticipated, however the manager handled this in a swift fashion. There was another walk in who was screaming at the staff. The staff member was very understanding and still advocated for herself. The manager resolved the situation and ensured his staffs safety. This was handled very professionally on all aspects. I have gotten all of my blood work, glucose testing for my pregnancy completed at this location. I highly recommend using Quest.”
