Initial conversation was great. I sent photos, she said she would come by with samples. Initially said they were 3 weeks out, which was fine. I waited. After a month, I followed up. She was very short and not very professional in her text responses, then after me specifically asking, she said she did not want the job. Unprofessional.

poor customer service. Rude over the phone. She talked over me and wouldn't listen to what I needed. I think they don't know how to do complicated projects but couldn't tell me that over the phone. Won't work with patterned or white fabric.
