When this DG had self checkout, it was great, no matter how long the line was to the chashier there was rarely anyone using the self checkout registers,...yes there were two of them bad boys...two self checkout registers, but ever since DG closed the self checkouts...the line can and has reached 15 customers, when you get off work and need to make a quick stop for say, catfood, your not going to want to wait in line for 15 minutes....I'd rather bypass this store and drive 11 miles to Walmart. With all that said, the people at this dollar general are extremely pleasant.

Whoever is the manager here needs to do a better job. Nobody wants to see a nasty pot outside filled with gross cigarettes plus there's always a huge pile of cigarettes on the ground right next to it. Trash can over flowing. Let's have some pride here people...

I am a 50 year old man and walked in to this store to buy cigarettes and the manager told me that I couldn’t buy them, because the woman who accompanied me did not have ID. In my concern, she is racist because how is she going to deny me if the cigarettes are for me. I asked for the manager, but she told me she was the manager and still denied me. I felt targeted and was treated unfairly. I left the business and left to another dollar general, and the clerk that attended me there, sold me the cigarettes without any problem. Never in the years I have lived in this country has this happened to me.

For a dollar store, I was very impressed on how clean neat and organized everything was in here.Spoke with who I assume was the manager, in regards to a product that they didn't have, and she was very helpful in a in assisting me regardless.It's not the kind of exceptional customer service you're used to getting from small retail stores
