They deserve negative stars if available. Worst bank in Florida/America for service. They will take you money and invest but good luck getting it back out. Horrible communication. Best to keep your money in jars and dig a hole. This bank is biggest joke ever across hole state of Florida.

Go to withdraw money from their atm. And it eats my card. And I don't bank with them so now I have to call my bank. Lock my card and get a new one.

I’ve been banking here for 7 years since I moved to Florida. I think everyone there is helpful and very courteous. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, but I’m retired, so whats the hurry. ?Thank you Bank of America and also the woman with short red hair for all the excellent service.

This is the first and only Bank of America where I was absolutely impressed with the customer service. Fantastic group of teammates there. Highly recommend this branch!

I don't understand how Bank of America is still in business. I have 1 deposit that I have to make once a month and I never just get in and get out. Always a line and slow service. AND now "Due to covid for your convenience we have changed our hours to serve you better". In what way do we open less, no Sat and less employees help anyone except the bank. Any business using Covid as an excuse to do less should be ashamed.

I've been baking here for over 25 years. The teller with the SHORT RED hair is the absolute worst customer service I've ever witnessed. I've closed my account and now bank with chase thanks for your unpleasant service.

Bank of America! You need to change your website! This office is not even open anymore! I went there at 3:30 the doors were locked! I went another Bank of America down the road and they said it's been closed for months! Service in that bank was just as bad!!!!
