Good luck guessing what hours they are actually open. 2 days in a row now going there to pick up a new phone we purchased from Verizon and both times they just decided to close before 5…. Why have hours posted if you never stick to the posted hours. ??♀️

After being refused any help at all by the local Cricket store, I went over to Verizon. Nancy was wonderful!! She helped me go online to get my transfer PIN number, got my phone service transferred and everything was fine within 20 minutes! I received some of the best service I've ever gotten in this county! What nice people they are!! Thank you, Verizon. You've earned a loyal customer!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Drive ro sebring!! Do not go to wauchula verizon.The manager is absolutely horrible!! Rude! And will say anything to get you out of the store so they can hang out.I will be complaining to verizon! That is how bad it was.

Three times I have gone to the Wauchula Verizon store over a period of six months and each time the customer service has been rude and said that I needed to go on line to resolve the situations. This last time I was instructed to go to the store by the online representative. I received the same poor treatment at the store. It is obvious that the service people are there to sell phones and to do nothing else.
