Absolutely wonderful! Had to get a new setting for my engagement ring and Wes was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Myring came out better than expected and pricing was more than fair. I cant wait to pick out our wedding bands. They have a customer for life.

The customer service sucks! I had a ring made which I loved however he never contacted me to tell me it was finished. I really wish I would have spent all that money with a different jeweler! I tried to have him order other rings and still haven’t heard from him honestly take the time to leave town to find somewhere else, Because this place is slow as molasses and doesn’t respect you, unless you have a certain last name clearly! I’ve been to several jewelry stores since and got what I was looking for in two weeks compared to the 8months it took for this place to get my ring made and then not contact me to even say it’s done!

Had my wedding ring and band brought in to have them brought down a size. Heartland Gold did an incredible job! The soldering job is flawless and the size is perfect. They polished it up and got it looking brand new. I will most definitely be returning for anything I need.

We were treated very well by the staff. They were quick to find the right stone to be set in my wife's ring. As a jewelry store, it's just what I would expect. The delightfully unexpected was the fishing items, BBQ sauce and such that were tastefully displayed there. You couldn't walk out of there without a smile on you face.

Don’t waste your money or time… This guy is a scam artist not a skilled jeweler taking advantage of people in a small town… Would not recommend you trust people like that with your jewelry that you work hard for…..

I came in to see if they could repair my poor ring that had been jammed between a door and tile floor. ? Thankfully, even with it being twisted and missing diamonds, it was salvageable. I was able to pick it up by the end of the week at an affordable price. It's now polished and beautifully restored. I'm very happy with my service here!

I would highly recommend Heartland Gold in Wauchula, Florida. The jewelry appraisal they did for me was detailed and was exactly what I needed for insurance purposes. They are very friendly, professional and accommodating.
