Called to setup an appointment and the technician advised I call back in about 90 minutes it was lunch time. 90 minutes later I call back and go over the repairs needed which included installing a new ignition switch with a new key. Fantastic. The price was reasonable, have the car back the same day....I was happy. A couple days later we bring the car to Heartland Auto Clinic for our scheduled appointment and to our dismay the technician arrogantly stated, "I don't work on cars that have been worked on by others, what a mess, no telling what's wrong with it." Need your car repaired? Heartland Auto Clinic? You decide.

They are a rip off. Do not use. A lady who takes care of a handicap man brought her van to fix a freeze plug. Then they said the radiator was bad. Then they said the water pump was bad. Then they said a heater hose give was bad. Then they put stop leak in the system. Then they said the timing cover had a leak. Made her sign the paper saying it still had a leak so she could get her van back and charged her almost 1400 dollars. Told her she should think about trading her van in. They will come up with things to make an innocent person pay them more money. This woman is a life long resident of Hardee county. Only use if you want to be ripped off. Jesus forgive them.

We take all of or vehicles to Heartland Auto. We have a large Dodge diesel truck, 2 Honda prius's, and a state issue Jeep work truck.They will do major work to just needing an oil change. We recommend them to anybody that ask.Dealerships starts with a long wait to get an appoinment, plus a long wait so they can go over your car looking for something to up sell. You can't walk out with just an oil change from the dealer ship. HEARTLAND AUTO will get work done right without all the up selling.Again we recomend them to every body!

I have used these guys for awhile and my after my last visit I never will again I had been trying to get them to put a steering stabilizer bar on for me and the said it would only take a hr for them to do it the rate they told me was 75 a hour and I also had them change out 2 tires at 25 dollars a piece so they do the work I go to pick it up they told me it took them 2 hrs to put it on so I'm fine with that so now the total is 75+75+50 that equals 200 so I go to pay them the 200 and he says it's 300 I owe I told him that's not right and he said he can charge whatever he wants so ya I would say don't use them and if you do make sure your bill is right before you pay them

Got my car in and out, not in just one day, but in just one morning. No nonsense, no small talk, get the job done. Very reasonable, especially for such a rush job. Would and will recommend for anyone. Thank you for the great job.
