I've been a customer this cricket wireless for basically two years now, they had a new employee this past visit... I don't know if she was already working there and I just seemed to go in on her off days,either way she was excellent!!! Friendly knowledgeable and I was in and out of there in record time!!!

Unreliable information and the saleswomen do not speak clearly to you, they sell you what they want. Terrible service, at least for Latinos.

I have been here several times and they have never failed me. I've needed to purchase phones more than once and im always out within the hour. They have bilingual ladies to help with language barriers. They are kind and will help in all aspects in their control. Definitely will keep coming here for all my cricket needs.

I went in to the wauchula location yesterday evening there were three girls in there to busy on there phone to even acknowledge me , I bought two brand new phones and took them with me literally opened the box standing Infront of the employees and they proceeded to tell me they can't activate it or add the line very rude , then told me I didn't need to be rude at this point I was aggravated but still kept my composure and told them I'd be reaching out to management. I called cricket customer service and they were able to immediately activate the phones and add the lines no problem and said the employees should have been able to do it in the store !! This store needs better employees it's gonna continue to loose buisness with bad customer service .

I switched to cricket mobile Friday. I unfortunately got the iPhone se. I didn’t realize the screen was that small. I called a different store and they said phone could be exchanged within 7 days. I got back to this store Tuesday the representative said no exchange or refund because it’s a pre pay company. I will be switching away at the end of my month
