“On the road for over two hours driving from miami, FL until my tire blew. Being the only tire shop that was opened in the area and the time being 4:20PM they was able to take care of me even though they was about to close down the shop. Big thanks to the team would’ve have been stuck there for the weekend but “OK” tire shop was able to get me back on the road. Best customer service and generally cared about my emergency situation.”

“Most of garage owners will not pay attention to you especially when they are busy with big projects but this father and son team attended to my needs even it's just a small job like a lawnmower tension bracket welding job...One more thing that strikes me the most is their honesty that was shown to me...I did not actually count my change.I drove away happy because of the job well done.While about a mile from the shop,To my surprise, a call from them came saying that "they have short changed me" and asked me to return to get my change.With great joy in my heart because of their honesty and a job well done, I intentionally went back not to actually pick up the money for my benefit but to thank them instead and instructed them to give that money to his son instead.
