Love the staff there, I’ve never had an issue. The ladies up there are always so nice and sweet and really funny too! They all have a great sense of humor, but they are also VERY professional!

The COMPLETE staff at Waldo post office (except Jenny) are unprofessional uncompassionate workers. Never realized how Jeremy really cared about the residents as if we were family. The "new" staff opens mail to be nosey or if they think it's money or cards inside. I guess once they realize they can't use it, they put in mailbox. I am in process of switching to another postal service in another city because the Waldo branch have went down and they do some real "undercover" activities there. The manager must feel big in such a small community and it egotistically shows. I await the day, hopefully when covid-19 is over that the federal government will look into the accusations at the Waldo postal service in Waldo Florida.
