I walked inside with an expensive bike as I was cycling through Waldo and was told to leave it outside. Very unfriendly so I left and purchase from a different convenience store. As a local nearby it was sad to see this bad customer service.

I entered my card , & after the authorization screen the screen went blank & I could not proceed. I entered it a 2nd time, And again the screen went blank and I could not proceed. I went to the next pump and was successful in purchasing my gas for $18.90. upon returning home I checked my bank statement which shows that I was charged $75, and $75 a second time for the pump that was blank. $150.00 for gas that was not received . I have contacted my bank and I have learned that it will take up to 48 days for a dispute to be settled. I am sending an email to BP on their website. I don't know how to contact this station owner. I am from out of town and hope that I will receive communication from either the station or BP as a company.

I stopped by to get my gas tank filled today. The two outside machines would not work at all. The lady at the cash just said use the other ones. She didn’t seem concerned.
The ladies room bathroom just had a big sign saying out of order. Forced to use the men’s room. Which was absolutely disgusting.
There was plastic taped over the urinal with urine on top of it.
This gas station is a disgrace to the BP. I would never come here again.
