I was there today and kristel Was working She was beyond friendly and her customer service surpassed my expectations. Usually the post office is busy and the workers are not happy. But that was not the case at this location. She worked with me while handling other customers and did everything swiftly with a smile on her face. She was beyond sweet. I appreciate her help!

The line is always short or none. The people who work there are light and smiling. I've been there 50 times in the last ten years and every trip was fast and easy.

All the postal employees in the Vero Beach area are great, but the folks who work at the Wabasso post office are the best. They always have a smile on their faces and they are super friendly and helpful.

The post office service is absolutely terrible. They don’t update their tracking information. They don’t let you know where your package is Nothing. I live in Vero Beach Florida my package has been in Jacksonville for 5 to 6 days now. Still has an arrived in Vero Beach. For anybody reading this use FedEx. You’ll be a lot happier The last package I got from the post office was a bow which was completely destroyed with broken limbs and broken box. They are horrible

I came to this PO after major issues w UPS. UPS quoted me $60 to ship something I was selling on EBay when I took it there they wanted $380!! Made me take the item apart and still wanted $300 to ship it so I went to the Wabasso PO. The employees there were 2 of the nicest women I've ever met. They went WAY above and beyond normal customer service. I wish I would have gotten their names. If you ladies are reading this my father and I can't thank you enough! I will NEVER deal w UPS again. If you are looking for exceptional CS and a friendly smile bring your mail to the Wabasso PO!!!

Usually very good but the lady working the counter today was downright nasty for no good reason.
