1st and last time here but it wasn't a catastrophe, there's just better stuff around by far. As I pulled in the ridiculously small parking space I saw a sign saying $3.95 footlong sub. Those are only for the cold cuts and bologna and other odd cheap meat subs. But killer deal, and to contradict myself maybe I will try one of those one day. As I opened the door I was welcomeded by a pile of trash on the floor. Straw wrappers, napkins, and other FOD. After browsing the extensive menu I knew what I wanted. There were 4 employees and 2 customers and nothing was getting done. The customer ahead of me wasn't happy with his sub having banana peppers on it, she asked if she can finger them off of it, he was mad as she removed them in a weird manner. She asked me what I wanted, then went back to fingering his sub. Asked me again what I wanted, grabbed a roll for me then went back to handling his sub. I paid, and between me handing cash and receiving the change she asked what I wanted, then went back to his sub again. It was a little bizarre to watch too many tasks being attempted but none being done. Again the 2:1 ratio of employees to customers was bizarre as both me and the guy in front of me stood there frustrated. Mediocre sub, Lot's of bread and mayo and not a lot of meat. The cherry peppers were bomb tho. Polite workers but at the end of the day too many cooks in a dirty kitchen, took too long and was awkward, and only an OK sub. I'll hit up a 5 star sub place that's only a couple miles away for the same price next time.

I've been thru meetings all morning and decided to go out for lunch. While driving down 36 looking for something different I stumbled into SubRageouse and I have to say it was a great find. The staff are excellent and attentive, no long wait even though its luchrush theses ladies were and a roll. The menu is great, but the food is even better. I had the steak bomb and wow I've never had any sub taste so good. If you want to eat great subs and salads the trio to this place is woth it, I've found me second favorite lunch spot.

I like Subrageous better than Subway definitely they cook their subs versus putting it in some oven the ingredients are good and there is a decent variety my issue is the wait time it's not ideal and the space needs a facelift the staff is not super friendly but they are not rude it's ok not a place to eat everyday but they do have decent enough subs. I feel like warm about it

Never fails to feel like home. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Always clean! I recommend the antipasta salad with light creamy italian and mesquite BBQ chips, I promise it wont disappoint! Honestly all subs there are delicious and you can ask them to add seasoning while its being cooked (my fav) if you love sweets get their cookies!!

Although I do not like my peppers with the stems attached, I have actually been eating here since I was a child. I love the chicken and cheese sub and will continue to eat it from Subrageous, as long as they cut the stems off of their cheery peppers. The owner responding to me so quickly, was greatly appreciated and shows his dedication, not only to his company but to his customers as well. Thank you

Good food and pretty good service. They are pretty quick getting orders ready. I love ordering from there through unereats.

One of the best subs I've ever had in my life. Only 5min away from my job I come here all the time, pretty quick service. Only down side would be the parking. Highly recommend it!

had their stir fried veggie sub & it was pretty tasty. i just wish they had sautéed the onions too instead of just pilling them raw on top. my father has been a huge fan for years so i'm sure i'll be back!

I ordered the low Carb Philly cheesesteak through Uber eats. It was a watery mess. Quite frankly it was not that tasty at all. Low quality meat paired with subpar cheese. I was very disappointed with the watery wrap dinner I was delivered. EDIT: owner politely reached out to me and asked for feedback, he wanted to see what went wrong. I will give them another chance because they seem like a decent establishment.

I gave them another chance after a horrible experience because the owner reached out and promised improvements. Sadly, the order was wrong in the end. At first it seemed better today... service was fairly swift, the person who took my order got the toppings, cheese, and bread correct without having to restate my order repeatedly. I picked up three Italian subs to go. But, strangely, all three Italian cold cut subs only had capicola ... no salami, mortadella, or whatever the other meat it is that usually makes up the Italian Cold cuts sub here. I don't know if the person making the subs didn't know the normal ingredients, if they were out of everything else, or if the sub recipe has changed, but I wasn't told anything about a change, and that's a problem because I didn't end up getting what I ordered. By the time I got home and everyone got seated for lunch, it didn't make any sense to spend another 30-40 minutes to correct the issue. The subs definitely weren't as good though... tasted nothing like the Italian coldcuts that used to be our favorite sub. With just the one meat, which is thickly cut, the sub was very chewy, and so much flavor was absent. Today I regretted giving Subrageous another chance after the last time several weeks ago where I ended up leaving without lunch. Another observation is that the ladies who have been fixtures of Subrageous for all the years we've been coming here were absent today; I only recognized one person on today's crew, and he was the guy who frustrated me so terribly last time. I didn't, fortunately, have him help me today, but I noticed the same behavior he exhibited last time as he interacted with another customer, cutting her off mid-order and turning to do something else. The customer was clearly perturbed by this, but that employee didn't even make eye contact and was oblivious to her reaction. I'm left wondering what's happened here... is there new management? Was there something that caused a staff turnover? All I know is after two negative experiences, I'm unlikely to return. There are plenty of other choices where I'll get what I order.

The place is located in a small center near Denny's by the airport off of NW 30th Street heading towards doral. It is a small mom's and pops type of place with two small flat screen TVs mounted to the wall, the grill is facing the store window behind the counter of the order area. I tried out the bacon burger sub combo which came up to 8 bucks and some change. It was literally 2 thick burger patties on a sub. No flavor except for the dash of salt & pepper and the condiments you request. Friendliness of staff was lukewarm. Staff and patrons ahead of me conversed in spanish. The lady who took my order and prepared my food spoke to me in english. Food did not have a wow or oh this is tasty affect at all but was budget friendly and they gave an ample amount of food. It is a favorite spot for locals who live in or near the area but it didn't impress me enough to return again.

I used to frequent Subrageous, but it's been a bit of a mess lately. One night, my boyfriend and I walk in to have the guy at the counter tell us he ran out of bread. This was at 8:00 - an hour before closing. How does a sub shop run out of bread? Then we decided to order through Grubhub on Saturday and when we arrived, the guy at the counter had no clue what we were talking about. It was only until the other guy explained where the grubhub orders were located, did they see a long strip of orders there. How does someone work there and not know about grubhub if you're accepting grubhub orders? The food is its saving grace. The daily specials are a good deal, but only if they have bread or your order...

So sad! I love getting the subs here in person, but just ordered one via Postmates and it's, well, terrible! The broccoli for the steak bomb is barely cooked and you can just tell that this sub was made with zero interest since the person ordering wasn't present. If you're going to take orders via Uber Eats or Postmates. Read the special instructions. I asked for EXTRA EXTRA Teriyaki sauce, and this has to be the dryest sub I've ever had. So sad, especially from a long long time customer and fan! Update: Originally gave a 2 star review. Owner reached out and apologized. Class act! I'll chalk this up to them having a bad day. Otherwise, their subs are great!

I have tried to have lunch here three times. Each time the order has been wrong. I have allergies and asked to put specific ingredients on it and leave off what I can not have. They pay no attention to any special requests at all. Another person in the office ordered mushrooms on her sandwich and they put one mushroom. It was supposed to be a honey mustard chicken and there was no honey mustard at all on it. It was dry and had onions instead of mushrooms which she did not want. All three times that we have ordered, they have gotten it very wrong and we have had to make new orders or not eat lunch because of timing. I would love to actually try a sandwich from this place but all three times I have been unable to eat what they send. When you call and try to speak to them and place an order vocally they wont' listen and keep passing the phone around and you have to keep trying to explain to a new person. Eventually they just tell you that the way they make them is the way they make them and you need to call a delivery service that they work with. very very disappointing.
