Review July 2024:
I know Kohls has had some bad financial issues as a company, but wow the associates to the manager have become super rude and give you a look like you are a criminal. What happen in six years to make this place a hostile environment for customers? I am cancelling my kohls card and boycotting buying anything from here ever again. (Their behaviors in the last three months when I try to get things has been unwelcoming to say the least). I can see why they are trying so hard to keep Amazon returns and Sephora in their stores to try and stay afloat. With how bad the manager and associates are, no one wants to even think of coming in this hell zone.
Review from 2016: The selection of stuff in the store is usually not what I need. The manager and couple of associates are down to earth though at this store and go the extra mile to help you find things. The manager is one of the nicest lady's I have seen when it comes to customer service.
The only reason for a star ding is the lack of what I need in the store. At least its free shipping if you order in the store kiosk :)

Susan and Natasha were so kind and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we got all the discounts we could. They were so helpful with each and every customer no matter what the situation even if they just needed help navigating the Kohl’s app.
I’m not sure I’ve experienced better customer service anywhere else or in any other industry.

There is something about shopping in an actual store that shopping online just can't replicate. This Viera Kohl's is a very friendly and helpful store. I enjoyed the whole experience. AND, everything I took home fits! Unlike ,my online shopping experiences lol

A product was available for pick up in two hours only to drive there and it isn’t sold in stores. Most stores update their inventory I believe…I guess Viera Kohls doesn’t.

We usually go here to return Amazon stuff. They move the Amazon counter around a lot. I guess they do it, so you have to stroll around the store. I saw some pajamas I liked. The price was $40. Since when did Kohls get so expensive.
