I'm a unhappy Xfinity customer they raised my bundle price from 178 to 217 without any prior notification.Nov 3rd I contacted a associate via chat and she said without my landline my new bill will be 140 with a new promotion going in effect on November 5thI called on November 6th no one knows anything about this promotion. She said she's adding notes in my account which obviously she didn't because it was a blatant lieI requested a transcript of the chat they transfer me and after holding for good 10 minutes the call gets disconnected I'm a senior citizen and this the treatment we get from mighty Comcast'sThanksMike Mordani

I can't even give this location 1 star. RUDE , STUPID and the manager "diana " was too much of a coward to even face a concerned customer. Terrible terrible . Go down the street if you want to clear up a mistake that they made !!! Forces to hit 1 star rating.

I bought and payed for my pixle6 phone from xfinity 2 months now. I can't get another carrier to turn my phone on as the keep your phone HOSTAGE!!! KEEP ASK ME TO COME BACK TO THEM!!!! DIRTY COMPANY!!

Outstanding Service every time I've gone in. Molly, the assistant manager, is fantastic in juggling all the clients and making sure people are receiving the service they need.Understand, this is NOT a retail store where you grab an item and bring it to a register, pay and leave. The employees here are tailoring everyone's service specifically for them. I saw so many people huffing and puffing about wait time. Make an appointment if your time is that valuable that you cannot respect the employees' time in return.5/5 stars Molly and Jamar! Thank you!

When I got there I was dismayed to see a line, 15 derp outside the store. However I hadn’t realized it only opened at 10:00 and it was 9:55. They promptly opened at 10:00 and swiftly directed everyone in line where to go. I ended up being done by 10:05. Very efficient.

Staff was awesome!!! In and out in less than 5 minutes. They were so great. I came expecting to believe the other reviews but no way. So friendly. Our puppies chewed the cord to the xfinity streaming box so we brought all of it, box, chewed power cord and they replaced it immediately. Thank you for having such a pretty store and great staff!!

It's so insane to do business with a company that has so many incompetent people working at the customer service center. Every time that I speak with someone at the customer service center it's never the same information that I need to have for the actual store. I wish that I had not invested so much time already with Xfinity because every time that I think that I can upgrade I'm being told that The information I received from customer service associates was not vaild & that I have lost money in some way.

I have lived in many different cities and states that have different cable providers. Infinity is the worse cable provider of all of them. they offer cell phone service, but cant even provide quality cable service. It freezes, locks up, then reboots when watching a movie or any show that you are paying a large amount for service that is below par! go somewhere else! With streaming becoming more popular their service and all cable will become obsolete!

Worst company to deal with on ANY level! I wish there were options for negative star ratings. The woman in the store Ms. McGriff is rude and ill disposed, was NO HELP with a billing issue. Basically told me to get out of the store and call the customer service number. A BIG EFF YOU to everyone at Comcast. You are earning the hate!
