“I went into the bank to cash a check drawn on Center State. I am not an account holder. The power had just come back on (power surge I guess also at my bank next door). I was greeted by a friendly smile by the young lady at the desk on the north west corner of the lobby. I proceeded to the teller line where I was greeted by another friendly smile. I told the teller my intentions, she asked for my ID excused herself to go to a PC that was “up†( from the power surge), came back asked how I wanted the cash. No fees just GREAT HOME TOWN BANKING...like it used to be. I'll probably switch when I get everything lined up. Thank You!”

“Great credit union. Good online service and they make it all easy online. Jessica who works inside is very nice. The only problem we discovered today was at this location, is their ATM, it is so sunny where it is located during the day, you cannot see the screen to take out money or operate the ATM. They need to put an awning over their ATM to minimize the sun shining on the screen, so you can see the ATM screen to operate it. It is almost impossible to use it during the day with a lot of sun shining on it. They really need to address this. A simple awning would help so the sun is not so bright on the screen.”

“UPDATE:If you need a wonderful and helpful loan agent, Steve is the perfect person for you.The home equity loan was approved and ready to fund this week. After Steve talked with the underwriter department, he was able to get a review of the loan done again, and this time, a different person reviewed the loan and approved it!I am so happy and Steve is an absolutely wonderful person to work with and really went above and beyond to get this loan approved.I would work with Steve again!I highly recommend Steve!Below is my first experience:I applied for a loan with Steve at the Vero Beach office and he was a really nice and welcoming person.He sent me information the same day and processed it quickly. The application was summited on May 5th and the decision was made on June 2.Sadly, the loan was denied but I wanted Steve to know that his service was great so I called him to thank him. He didn't know the denial was sent out and when he check his email, he was really sad to learn of the denial.If I can get my credit score up, I will contact Steve again for a new loan.It was a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to a new loan in the future!”
