My elderly father lost his wallet with all of his information..I visited the bank and explained the situation. They said to get him a new ID and come back. I did that. The bank manager was very unhelpful. My father is starting to show signs of Alzheimer's, and at a minimum we requested that they put his account on hold so that if the wrong person found his wallet they could not commit fraud. They basically said they could not and would not do anything on the account until we got a second form of ID. Which is why we were there..I will close all 4 of his accounts there and take his money elsewhere.

Wells Fargo is rapidly declining in customerrelations. Their hours, 9-5 M-F, 9-12 Sat., make no allowances for those who work while every other bank does.

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since it was Wachovia, this is my favorite branch. All the tellers are so friendly, they’ve helped with anything I’ve ever needed (lost card, fraud activity, ect) 10/10

If you are NOT white or have a middle-eastern ethnicity, DO NOT go to this bank! The main banker puts extra effort to waste your time and so he can tell in your face that your business is not welcomed in this branch! We had a personal and business accounts at WF with substantial amount of funds! However when my in-laws moved to the state, we wanted to open an account for them too! My in-laws provided their Social Security Card, State issued IDs and their green card to the banker! But the banker spent over 2.5 hours making calls trying to find a way to deny an account! Even we could hear the other parties on the other side that they were asking him "Why can't we?".We filed a complaint and this is what WF wrote to us "To the extent that our banker failed to capture accurate information and work through all of your parents' options, we sincerely apologize and will fully investigate that situation for corrective action as necessary"!We closed all our accounts and moved the funds to Chase and BOA, however WF nor the branch did not even take small steps to explain their corrective action or make a statement that would make us believe the banker's action was not discriminatory based on racial or ethnicity!

Tellers are friendly. The issue is the Bank hours. Some people still work full time jobs, closing at 5pm is nuts! Generally Fridays the hours are later, but not Wells Fargo. It's not always convenient to do banking on Saturday before noon. Please consider longer hours on Friday. I am sure the bank will not go broke paying a Teller or 2 extra for 1 day!!!

They have a lot of Reps/Officers floating around but when Iask to get into my Lock Box you would have thought I wasbreaking into Ft. Knox .Lot of time spent getting tothe box and then when I ask questions about how to simplifythe procedure for the Box and the Checking account for mychildren in the event of my passing I have to make an appointment one week in advance and have all the childrenthere at the same time. I have one in Alaska, one in Utah,and one local which all have to appear at one sitting. Terrible,Terrible customer service when very basic functions arequestioned. I have been a customer of this location forover 10 years and stay simply because of complicationsin changing banks in particular with Wells Fargo setting uproad blocks all the way.

Horrible customer service been banking with hem.since 2012 . I was told one thing and they did the opposite. Ask to speak with a manager she was busy . These people are so unprofessional please don't bank with them .

Wells Fargo. I’ve been your customer since Wachovia days. This review isn’t even for me but an elderly man I encountered who came to my place of business with help using your app. He walked into this Vero Beach location and they said they can only assist him with an appointment and that they don’t assist with phone or computer issues. It doesn’t take a scientist to figure out that this old man has Parkinson’s and he needed help taking pictures of his checks to deposit. I assisted him but was upset because I’ve been with you guys for so long and one day I will be that old person who doesn’t know or CANT take a picture of my check because my hands are not steady. The fact that you require an appointment for something so simply is beyond me but the fact that you didn’t slow down to actually see what the problem is and just assume it was a tech issue and shooooed him away is terrible customer service. It’s a WellsFargo app he needed help with and you are a representation of WellsFargo I do believe that’s within your pay grade.

Although MY business bank with many transactions and several accounts, I got charged for one (1) bank check a year. We needed it for some transaction and the teller told me that there is always a charge no matter what. It seamed to me he had to pay it out of his pocket. Not a very generous bank policy! Manager was too busy to talk to me. This led to not using their Credit card processing for our business. They never give us any interest on high balances at all.
