The gentleman that has been working the drive-through lately “Zack” is so polite even if he is the bearer of bad news he is extremely professional. Wells Fargo as a bank in general is a horrible financial institution that is why it gets one star. 58th branch is the worst!! If there is another institution out there that wants an employee who is professional, extremely polite and communicative to all , ask for Zack. He would be an asset to your company

The 21st St. Branch was pretty good. Not anymore . Now you can't tell customer from employees. I like my banker to dress the part. Also Wells Fargo is not the best place to invest your money.

This bank is one that basically robs people of their money.As soon as we are able, we will move all of our funds somewhere else. I made some big deposit to my account earlier this week and waited for them to get approved and I have email verification that they did get approved and then I made big payments against those checks.Now, after making those payments based on the fact that they approved the checks, I get an email that they are holding one up. One of the biggest ones for 7 full days!Which means that since all the payments were made my account will go in overdraft for the week while they are holding it up.I have done my best at a local branch as well as calling to get this resolved, and they simply will not do anything about it.I spoke with three agents, someone named Jessica, and someone named Kenya, who are as helpful as they could’ve been believe that, but they really offered no solutions.As a long-term customer, dealing with an issue that Wells Fargo created by telling me the funds were already in my account and then holding some after the fact it’s just unacceptable.It’s as if they are intentionally trying to earn money off of overdraft.There should be some higher accountability that makes this stop.

This is a good bank except when you deposit cash at the ATM the wind tunnel in the machine blows the money back out. I had to grab it back and chase a 50 dollar bill across the parking lot. A customer behind me was complaining that it happens to her all the time as well. Just giving you a heads up in case someone loses some cash. Otherwise no other issues or concerns.

Met with Tina, on 2/24 at 9:30 on a Friday. She was so wonderful with my elderly father. She was helpful in putting our concerns at rest and answered all our questions. She is a breath of fresh air. Kind and friendly. I can't say enough. She was really great with us.

I went to the Well Fargo Branch #006236 22 for Cashier’s Check , there I met two courteous and helpful staff members : Shealynd and Mary, who have provided some unexpected assistance with detailed information. I recommend both of them.

Came in before closing to get document notarized and was waiting in line. It hit 12pm and no one wanted to help. Said I should have came in at 1145am although if I had came in 5 minutes earlier she (the only one who can notarized a document) still would have had someone in her office. Unacceptable because I was in before they closed. She asked her manager in front of me will she approve overtime if she notarized the document for me because it will take at least 15 minutes and the woman said no! In front of me. Although that same woman said in front of me and to me, "You can ask her and see if she will do it." But would not approve her to do it. Do not go to this bank! What kind of customer service is that? I was in the bank before it closed, so what you are essentially saying is even if I'm inside and waiting even if its 30 minutes once they close they will not service you! After helping the customers in front of me instead of immediately helping me they started locking the doors and shutting down, which took time. Horrible customer service and something definitely needs to be done about it! Of course I called the customer service number to file a complaint but was left on hold. Way to treat a customer who has been with you for almost 15 years.

I've been with Wells Fargo for I don't know geez like 10 years. Really great Bank and staff!!! Since covid though you have to make an appointment for everything. That's the only downfall.

Our business has been here for 65 years, and during the pandemic, we were denied the help the government claimed we could get. Wells Fargo said they gave too much money out, after 2 days!! Bank somewhere! else. They don't have your back.

Received an attractive offer in the mail to open a checking account, which brought me into the bank. Instead of confirming that I qualify first, the banker enters my information into the system, then it was made clear to me that I wouldn't qualify. What a waste of time! He didn't seem to bright, entered my information wrong the first time and had dirty fingernails and hands. Bank has a young man just standing in the lobby for no apparent purpose. I will be checking to make sure my information is not saved, somehow I think it will be in their database, which is upsetting.

If you're looking for an awesome banking experience I truly urge you to try this particular Wells Fargo. I've had a wonderful experience with the staff here. Jessica you are amazing and a very special thanks to my personal banker Mr. Euston Webb he went above and beyond to provide me with exception quality service he really made sure I received everything and understood everything fully.
