I had a prescription for my cat that was delayed because I never updated my account to my new insurance. I updated my insurance online and now there's no record of the prescription even though I have the RX number from WALGREENS!!

I have tried to reach the pharmacy five times kept getting hung up on call the store asked to speak to manager person tells me to hold on and disconnect me.

I usually give all 5's. So, buyer beware.I was unhappy with this company when I lived in NJ. Unfortunately, when Winn-Dixie transferred my rx's Walgreens was the designated recipient. I was asked to give them a 2nd chance when I called to have the rx's transferred to Royal Care.Here's what happened....I called to see if they had a diabetic medication for my husband.I spent 40 minutes on hold & they hung up on me twice. No big difference in FL Walgreens vs NJ Walgreens.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. First time using online pickup and had a problem that could have been solved very easy, but the customer service here is very bad!! Will not be returning ? they don't deserve one star!!!

I was on hold for over 20 minutes to get a refillute prescription. And after enjoying the On hold music, I was disconnected from the call call.

I have been in the store several times to pick up gift cards. There is never anyone at the registers i waited over 20 minutes to check out and I was the only one there.

The cashier Maggie...needs an attitude adjustment. She seems like she hates being there and comes off very rude and huffs and puffs when a customer comes up to the counter.

Ok! How is legal for a pharmacist to just decide to leave at 4pm.? Received text my meds were ready at 3:50. Supposed to be open until 8pm. I get there at 4:30 and now I'm screwed outta my meds, and I can have seizures if I do not have it. It's still saying temporarily closed. How is this ok to let patients go days without there meds. No they cannot be transferred neither, since they've already been filled at this location. This is so sad! This healthcare is insanely horrible in todays world. Selfish ppl. Should not be in this line of work. No such thing as customer service anymore! I will be reporting this to the state.

The Walgreens on 43rd St in Vero Beach, Fl is the slowest most unorganized pharmacy. They never have any help, you schedule to get vaccines and they can't do them and give you some lame excuse. They ignore the drive up. I watched 2 people drive away. Yet you can go across the street to CVS and they.have plenty of help, can get our vaccines done even without an appointment. The pharmacist at CVS is very friendly. Goodbye Walgreens!

This place is a joke second time here and thankful it's the last time brought grandsons in that are 3 and 4 waited on the Pharmacy and they slow weather you have an appointment or not the staff back here are not just slow working but not friendly at all avoid this place by all means unless you like waiting over an hour for a shot.

Jennifer one of the pharmacists went above and beyond helping me when my husband was given so many new and serious medications after released from the hospital. She couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful I was super impressed.
