Compared to every other Walgreens I’ve been to this pharmacy has the fastest service and typically has my medication in stock. I would recommend going here for your medications and consultations. The pharmacist and staff are super nice.

The pharmacy technician over the phone was very rude to me, and wouldn't answer any of my questions. I could tell he just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Will be going to a different location

I used to use the pharmacy but they kept telling me my medication would come in a week and after waiting for two months, telling me the same thing each week, someone finally told me they wouldn’t be getting it. Fast forward a year, I am trying to find another medication since my current pharmacy is out and the past few times I’ve called they keep me on hold and never answer. They pick up the phone and put me back on hold over and over again. This place is a wreck

I can't imagine how this store can stay in business with such a rude individual on their staff. The girl at the pharmacy counter refused... get that, REFUSED to bill under our insurance because, and I quote "What do you expect me to do with this card?" And with attitude, as if it was a real inconvenience for her, and way too much effort to be bothered. She wouldn't even pick up a phone or ask the pharmacist.This isn't a hard thing to do. We still have our NYSHIP insurance which has no problem billing with CVS. The very same card we've used in many pharmacies for decades. But this girl just wasn't interested in lifting a finger.Needless to say, we will NOT be doing business here EVER. We are new to Vero Beach, so we had no expectations. This has forever put us off from ever doing business in any Walgreens. We called CVS, they contacted the Walgreens and got the prescription transferred. No problem. No argument. No issues.Do yourselves a favor and get rid of that poison pill behind the pharmacy counter before she costs your business even more customers.

Something "odd" about 17th Street Vero Beach location pharmacy in the back of store: "they make the prescription & simple purchase process extremely confusing & difficult" (so much so, I go across the street to the CVS pharmacy who's staff make the prescription process simple; what it should be, especially if you are ill).

We have been twice to get vaccine in the pharmacy. Both times were a bad experience due to what appeared to be total chaos in the pharmacy. They have no system to keep track of who to help in the multiple lines at the pharmacy window. The technician said "its on the honor system" even when people in one line cannot see the other line on another aisle. That is not a good way to take responsibility for your failure to run your operation. Total, unorganized chaos in a practice responsible for people's sometimes life-giving medications does not give me a warm feeling that it would be safe to trust this location with my medicine. We will not be back. Please develop a plan for how to deal with customers when you are busy, train your staff, and follow that plan.

Very crowded with at least 7 people in line..Manager and cashier had their back to the line looking up something on the computer for 5 minutes..ignoring the customers in line..very slow service

Always have my items in stock, reasonable prices and pharmacy is usually always caught up with no wait.
