I have been going to this Walgreens for a couple of years now and meaning to write this review. Two people deserve praise. One is a pharmacist during Covid who helped my girlfriend get a Covid test she needed before work. I'll have to find her name. But if she reads this feel free to call me.
The second is Hazem another Pharmacist there. I can't tell you the number of times since I started going there he went out of his way to assist me, even when the issue was stressful. He keeps an even manner and listens. He deserves to know he is appreciated!
As for the location, they have a decent size parking lot which is kept clean. The inside of the store is kept clean as well.

The manager is very kind and understanding. The app gave ne a lot of trouble and he fixed it. Making everything perfect!

Left urgent care and prescriptions were sent to my nearest pharmacy that was closed today, Saturday. I called this pharmacy and asked if there was a possibility I can transfer and pick up here. The lady said sorry, if you already got your “ready for pick up” call from your pharmacy then we can’t pull it up on our system. WHAT?! ? I called another pharmacy and the gentleman on the phone pulled up my most recent prescription with my telephone number and said “okay, we’ll transfer your medication here, it should be ready within an hour”. Based on other reviews, this pharmacy lacks customer service.

Rude staff! Did not bother to call regarding an auto refill problem and we called several times with no help ! When arrived with bottle showing 9 refills acted as if it was our fault and waited an hour and I was the only one in line.

Went to the location told me the prescription is gonna be ready get there no prescription was told too soon to fill. very rude walked away, and she started verbally mimicking as I was speaking to her as I walked away, I brought to her attention and she became more rude and violent, so I walked away, and then she threatened me telling me she's not gonna fill my prescription and I'm in Medical need in pain. Very unprofessional the way it was handled the way she spoke to me I'm a patient. She had no right to speak to me that manner if she speaks to me like that, I can imagine to whom she else speaks spoken to like that. I guess she believes as being a cashier is a position of the pharmacist won't bring that place to no one making a transfer rather go to they have people working at the register that should be retired. Maybe 20 years ago.

I use their photo section whenever there is a sale on enlargements or specialty items. I've never had a problem with this service.

This was my first time using this pharmacy. They wanted to charge me $40, $20 each for two prescriptions. I told them my co-payment on these prescriptions have never been that much in the past. I was rudely told to "take it up with my insurance company". I had these two prescriptions transferred to Publix Harbor Pointe, and my total for both was $8.00. There is definitely something wrong going on in this pharmacy. Stay away.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS PHARMACY! The main pharmacist is completely incompetent and inhumane, HE WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE SAYING HE CANT DO SOMETHING WHEN HE MOST DEFINITELY CAN AND IS REQUIRED TO DO (THERE WILL BE NOTHING YOU CAN DO BECAUSE HE HAS ULTIMATE SAY) , same with all but one kind woman tech. They are miserable and “understaffed”. If you use this pharmacy you will be treated like a number not a person. This is NOT how pharmacies operate and moving to another if you can will be a breath of fresh air. THEY HAVE CLOSE TO ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF AND PHARMACIST: THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IN VERO BEACH IN HINDSIGHT. I THOUGHT IT WAS NORMAL

Severely understaffed, (that's on Walgreens obviously)long wait times on the pharmacy phone, long wait times for common prescriptions, and if you do get a pharmacy associate on the phone you are rushed through the conversation and referred to go to the Walgreens website. Maybe have the pharmacy survey that's asked of you prior to being transferred to a pharmacy associate should be AFTER the phone call instead of before?

Just leaving an honest review solely based on a phone conversation with Sara, around 11:40 today. She was amazing, had patience with me in regards to my father. Sara was very professional, and helpful. Thank you again for being so kind.

I’ve never had more trouble with a pharmacy ever. Even my physician told me they were incompetent and to change pharmacies after having to speak to them several times. I couldn’t even defend them as being “nice”. There is no redeeming quality to the employees or their work.
