You can not ask for better service polite and respectful.also the pharmacy folks are excellent.I can honestly say that I have always experienced the greatest attention from the staff and truly pleased Thanks to you all . They are like family

Went to Walgreens here to pick up two prescriptions that were routed to CVS by emergent care. Attempted to work with a female pharmacist onsite to explain the situation and she couldn't have been less helpful and in fact rude. I have been a Walgreens customer for several years and have two prescriptions I pick up monthly in Chicago. I told her CVS called me and said better to use Walgreens than CVS because of my insurance plan. I explained they could call CVS directly or I would be happy to have the doctors office reroute to them. Just a note the place was empty except one man sitting. We were on vacation and I was ill so hence the antibiotics but each question was met with disinterest and rudeness. I had to write this and told her she was hostile and walked out. Proceeded to CVS even though I had to pay out of pocket. She needs to know that I am a customer-lose the attitude. I couldn't have been more clear. I am a former practicing litigation attorney. I try to be clear. Horrible experience! She had short dark hair and around 50 years old.

Spacious new Walgreens. Pharmacy staff is friendly and those in the retail area of the store are friendly and helpful as well. It's so new, it's fairly devoid of customers so there's never a checkout line.
