High prices and very rude manger. This store has grown too big and will not survive in business if they continue this path.

Management and employees are way to rude. I Definitely won't be spending any more money here. Just disappointing this was a really good store not long ago. Won't return now, I expected a professional response when asking about an item all I got where shoulder shrugs. HORRIBLE only good thing is they raise money for hospice.

This store used to be a weekly stop for me and my husband. I 100% agree that the VNA is the work of angels and it is such a worthy cause which is why we have been shopping there every week. Between my husband and I, we have spent thousands shopping here which is why I want to send this review with the hope that it will get to the right person. Please go back to the way your store used to be run instead of putting everything that is nice in your boutique and charging much higher prices for it. I know that the thought behind this is to make more money but if items sit without being bought it means less money. We usually spend anywhere between $100 and $300 when we stop by. Last weekend, we left disappointed and didn’t even spend a dollar. We were both very sad about the changes.

I love this shop! Best thrift store in town hands down. I've found all of my favorite pants there ❤️

The people leaving bad reviews and complaining about this shop are truly sad and shameful. This shop helps support the VNA Hospice House. They use this money to care for dying people so they and their families aren’t charged as they go through end of life care. Please keep that in mind when you shop here. Having said that, this shop is full of wonderful deals donated by gracious people in our community.

Nice and tidy but what a joke. The prices are even higher then some Antique stores. I found few things I was interested but could never have afforded.

Large store with decent selection of "boutique" clothing as well as other clothing, furniture, housewares and decor. Check the whiteboard for weekly sales!

Very high prices for the quality and nature of some items.Found many stained, plain colored t shirts that were 5$-8$, which isnt incredibly expensive, but is still fairly high for used shirts that are very plain, stained, and not name brand.I feel like their clothes don't get restocked very often, it's always the same clothes. They have a lot of neat picture frames, and old music. Their furniture isn't bad either.

Customer service is terrible. They receive these clothes for free and charge $25-$50 for a worn jacket. Only shop here if you’re looking to be ripped off. Waste of time

I enjoy checking out the variety of items in this store. It's a smaller store with limited space, but there is good use of space and some goodies to be found. As in most thrift stores there is an abundance of women's clothing, and it is sorted by size and a separate area for what is considered "boutique" quality pieces. I personally have not found any clothing to purchase here, but I do enjoy browsing the art and household item sections. There is some furniture, but it is limited. There is a little bit of everything, but in smaller amounts which makes it easier to shop and look around. Some things are priced a little high, but most prices are pretty fair. The one recommendation I have would be to eliminate the cardboard box of $1 t-shirts sitting on the floor and maybe hang them up somewhere as clearance items. It takes away from the look of the store and most people won't take time to dig through a box to see what's in it. Recommend checking the board near the entrance to see what may be discounted before you start shopping.

Prices are insane now went in looking to buy a lot but couldn't justify spending those prices. Not when I have charity's that I donate to regularly to. Same items here I wanted were 25 and other places are 5 to 7. That's insane.

I’ve been visiting this store for about four years and the other day I decided to take one of the pants from outside - everything outside is on sale, then browse a little inside and took two shirts. While paying, the cashier - who’s fighting every customer about the masks, changed the price on the pants, I said: - that must be a mistake, I got these from outside. She says - these are Ralph Lauren, it cannot be that price. The Manager arrives repeating the same and actually doubting these were from outside - with a condescending attitude. I answered saying - Would you please check the cameras? to what Megan, the manager, answered: - we are all here working, we don’t have time for that, these are Ralph Lauren. Basically telling me take it or leave it.
Now you know how the pricing works, how the manager works but most importantly, how they made a mistake placing the so valuable RALPH LAUREN pants outside and will antagonize a “valuable customer”.
Ps I’m a woman of color.
