Took my wife to Vero Estate Jewelry to look at customized diamond ring for her 30th anniversary and the gentlemen at Vero Estate Jewelry that we spoke with was very helpful on showing us the different styles of rings and explaining the different quality and price of diamonds. Not at any time we felt pressured to purchase infect he was the one who suggested to take our time and think about it. Even though we did not purchase the ring as we decided to put it off for a while but I would go back to Vero Estate Jewelry and purchase from them when we are ready and hopefully very soon.

Took a Ike Dansco folder to sell. While taking out the Silver BU and Silver proof coins he dropped 2 of them them on the floor. Took out only the silver ones, he obviously knows nothing about numismatics, then left the other clad dollars in the folder. Tried to buy only the 40% Proofs and BU's Stay away from this young guy.

One word: AMAZING!It was a great experience! We were in multiple other jewelry stores looking at engagement rings and this one made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. DO NOT sell your jewelry at this store. I brought in my jewelry with a diamond we had already received certification for by a nationally recognized diamond dealer for 1k. This guy told me it was a really bad quality diamond and worth LESS than $100. I couldn't believe him on any of the other jewelry when he low balled the certified diamond.

Avoid this place at all cost, showed them 3 expensive diamond rings, I hoped to get $3500, since from 2 different pawn shops I can get between $2500-$2700 in pawn, but I thought to get some more money selling it. This crook offered me $480 if I sell all three rings to him. After I asked him if he only calculated the gold, since the three rings weigh over 20gram together, He said no he calculated the diamonds as well!!??? $480 for a 1ct diamond solitaire ring (H, I2) plus a 3 stone diamond ring total: 1.5ct (G,I1) plus a 7 diamond cluster ring with 2ct total (G,vs)you must be kidding! Absolute ridiculous offer from a so called professional jewelry buyer! Go somewhere else, don't come here if you don't want to get cheated!
