I went in to buy some accessories for my watch, and just look around in general. I will say, they did help me get my watch band, but from there on it was super awkward. They'd just ignore me, or if another customer walked in, I suddenly didn't exist. Most troubling was a woman who walked in. She was picking up a piece of jewelry. The women all fawned all over her and this jewelry piece. This was during COVID. For some reason, the expense of whatever she was getting excluded her from needing to wear a mask. She said she left in outside in her car, which was right outside the door, but she couldn't be bothered to be asked to go get it. She was too important, and clearly her wealth meant she couldn't possibly spread COVID. My experience until she walked in was ok. Once she was there it was if no one else existed and you were just annoying them. I don't foresee ever returning.

I'm not one who buys $2000 earrings very often but for those who do this place is really nice. It is a large store filled with beautiful things. Angie is one of the nicest people to deal with too. She is very knowledgeable and patient as well. Even if you just want to look you will be welcome and it is very worth your time if you are in the area.

This is one of my all-time favorite boutiques! I always find something wonderful there. From High end jewelry, cashmeres shawls, to Mud Pie home accessories. Never leave there without purchasing something!

I visited this shop two to three times over the course of a couple months, I was looking to buy an Anna Beck ring set (super cute! Look her up!) each time I was not greeted upon walking in. The women working there will look up and see you and not say a word. I walk over to the counter where I sit and stare and inspect all of the designs they have from Anna beck and still none of the women working will ask me if I need help or if I want to see anything. They sit and talk amongst themselves almost as if you ask them for help you'd be inconveniencing them. I walked in today fully committed to walking out with a design, and after a few humiliating minutes of just staring into a case and not wanting to interrupt the women working there, I walked out and instead paid for the shipping from the Anna beck website. I'll never be going back to this store again. Plenty of other very nice stores in vero (katwalk boutique, treasure Lane boutique, sequin, I'll never tell!) that I will continue to give my business to.

I always love shopping at Veranda! I've found so many great gifts for friends and family and they even helped me make a Christmas List (to help my husband shop haha!) The girls there always make it a fun time. This is place to go for beautiful, luxurious jewlery, home decor and more!
