DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!Tried to speak with a salesperson regarding the purchase of a Honda CRV......regrettably I got an incompetent woman by the name of Chrem......I told her what I was SPECIFICALLY looking for.......for the next week she harassed me with NOTHING of what I requested......I politely asked her to STOP......she continued and escalated into an argument.......I tried calling the GM and got some nasty group of women and some dope who started calling me and harassing me without even knowing the situation......If this is how they treat a potential customer then you must BEWARE that their behavior most likely does not improve with a purchase!!!!

DO NOT order parts from this website. Paid expedited shipping on some power steering o rings and seals. Keep in mind my house is only 3 hours from the dealership in Vero Beach. It's been 8 days and my parts still aren't here. On top of that, they didn't include a safety bolt for the steering rack on my last order. This is a very specific bolt that can't be replaced with a normal one. If you value your money, and most importantly your time, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Don’t waste your money! Go to buy your parts in another website! I pay for the overnight shipping and they took like 5 days to ship my parts! After I pay $25 of shipping! And I call and their answer is “we lost your parts”. They didn’t even offer a refund for that shipping since they didn’t ship the parts overnight.

I bought a used car from this dealer and had a terrible experience.From pressure salesman, to playing games with extras they try to get you to pay. They like to play games so buyer beware. I finished all the paperwork feeling I was roughed up and belittled. Then I get the car and guess what..the car gas was on empty the display said I had 20 miles left before it ran out gas and the yellow lights were on that the tire pressure was low on the tires. I had to go pay air pressure machine. The windshield windows were dirty as well. Had some glue sticker residue on the front and the little white, red, yellow paint marking all over the windows. They couldn't even remove them. How do you sell a car and give it to you like this?Very disappointed.

Is anyone else sick and tired of getting "fleeced" anymore? And why does it take 1.5 hrs for an oil change and wiper blades? Also, they can shove their 3% service fee for using a credit card. I like how their service advisors talk to you like your a 9 yr old too. Like your absolutely clueless when it comes to taking care of your car. I hate this place!

Went in to get a tire replaced. I understood before going in, buying a tire from a dealer would be more expensive. That being said, the tech was too lazy to recalibrate TMS, and the service advisor was too lazy to check. on the way home the low tire pressure light came on, but all were 32 except the new tire at 38 psi. After resetting TMS all is good. Would never recommend this dealer.

People don't buy parts from this scammers they have one price on line and you make your purchases based on those prices and after they shipped you order they change the price in your invoice charging more money for the parts I call parts service and spoke with Robert and he told me that prices are subject to change by them at any time so don't bite the bait this is my first and last time that I will buy from them there are others places on line tha are better persons selling honda parts .

Leased a Honda Accord in September. After going through the list of ridiculous add on's the one I especially did not want was the door edge molding's at a cost of almost 300.00.They totally disregarded that request and put them on. Spoke to the service manager about removing them since I specifically asked they not be installed and he told me that I can do it myself and that there's touch up paint in the glove box in case I scratched it up. Seriously ? The correct way to respond to this is to say I'm sorry I'll make an appointment for you to get in and we'll remove them for you. I checked into it and there is a certain procedure for taking them off that would not result in any scratches to the door. I even told them keep the 300 dollars ! Just feel this could have been handled a little nicer.

Would not recommend. I was an employee here for a long time. I've also bought 3 cars here. Don't trust these folks, do yourself a favor and drive a couple mins south to Coggin.

I specifically asked for NO added options to be installed. I placed a deposit, applied for financing, bought insurance, and the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, I was told they installed splash guards and wheel locks

Guys, be really careful with these people. I ordered some parts online and after 2 days my mechanic told me I no longer needed them and I tried to contact them to make the return. They will keep 25% of the amount paid for the parts and 25% on the taxes if you need to return anything even if the parts were never installed. The customer service is really bad, but is way better contact them by email, at least in that way you don't get the phone conversation ended intentionally or spoken in a very rude way with no help at all.The restocking fee changes however they want. In one of the previous reviews (please check below) they talked about 10% and I have been charged 25%. And haven't got it back yet.

Ordered a part from there website. Payed for shipping turns out they did not have the part and took over a week then never get an email saying the part had to be picked up!?! I payed to get it shipped and you did not ship out to my address... so I tell the parts person I wanted to cancel and now they charge me a restocking fee. I will never order anything from this location ever again, waste of time and money. Parts Department should be ashamed the least you could have done is mail the part to me....

They deceptively added a 5-year theft protection for $699 on my daughter's 3-year lease and the GM Dominick Marcoti was not willing to do anything about his lying financemanager. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING from this dealer.
