I was in Vero Beach for a couple of days vacation and decided to call the local Tommy Bahama store to see if an item I had seen online was in stock at their store. The gentleman who answered was very helpful in answering my questions. The next day I went in to the store and the sales lady, Roseanne, was exceptional! She really went out of her way to help me get the three items I was interested in. I have worn Tommy Bahama clothes for many years and I am always pleased with the quality and the designs. This shopping trip was so great because of Roseanne. I don’t think I have ever been waited on so attentively by one person. The next time I go back to Vero Beach, I intend to go back just to make another purchase from her.

I was very happy to see the choices and quality of the women's clothing at our local Tommy Bahama store. My husband has bought many Tommy selections in the past, but I haven't thought about making the store my favorite until recently. The staff is friendly and not intrusive. The right balance of assistance and care was perfect. I'll be back and I highly recommend Tommy Bahama's stores. Nancy J

Some of the worst customer service, I have other seen. Associates are disorganized and manager needs to lead. At times they are rude and speak down to their customers. Will not shop there ever again. Will continue to buy the brand online or at other stores, such as Orlando. Don’t waste your time going there and shop online. Their stock is usually low and they have to order the item online anyway.

We regularly shop at this location. We have found the customer service to be terrific, merchandise selection is very good as well. Last time I was there Katherine was extremely helpful and I left very happy with my purchase.

On January 19th, I was visiting my parents in lovely Vero Beach. I visited this store after a great lunch at the Bistro at the Village Shops in Vero Beach. The store was well arranged, and I purchased a pair of pants and a nice shirt, paid and left the store. When I received my credit card statement, I observed that the store had double billed me for the purchase. I called the store immediately on January 30th and spoke to the store Manager who committed to me that she would do the necessary research with their sales audit group to resolve the issue and that she would get back to me. Her response was disappointing and not customer centric as the damage for their error falls to me and not to them in carrying this charge on my card. That being said I was willing to abide by their process to resolve the issue expecting it to be resolved quickly and professionally. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and I have heard NOTHING SINCE. I have subsequently called the store again (twice) and left messages for her with no response. For a company so focused on Customer Service it's disappointing how this has evolved. Over the years I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from Tommy Bahama, but I will take my business elsewhere and will certainly NEVER visit this store again. If you do decide to purchase from this store, make sure you check your credit card balance because it's likely I was not the only one this has happened to.

Great customer service at store. Overall horrible web site, won't hold items in cart! TB clothes are hit or miss these days. Love the cotton in women's.

Zachary was so helpful! He was personable and professional. We had a great deal of fun with him. The store has great inventory, even better than International mall in Tampa. It was clean and inviting.!
