Horrible Customer service. I have had nothing but incompetence since I took over as POA for my mother. Look for a better agent, there are competent State Farm agents out there.

Tim Modesitt and his staff are some of the best, most professional people we have had the pleasure of doing business with. They are punctual, knowledgeable and in the unusual event they don’t have an answer to your problem, they are willing to do any research to get you the answers and help you need. I would recommend them for all your insurance needs!

Leaving this review after a car accident. I have had State Farm for many years and this office came through for me when I needed it most. The level of professionalism and support through the process of reporting my claim to replacing my vehicle was exceptional. I cannot recommend my agent, Kay Reschak, enough. So easy to work with and she only offers what she thinks I really need.

Terrible experience!!!!! People do not know what needs to be done. They sat on my documents and canceled my insurance, so I received a note from the MVD that my car insurance and registration expired. Now, I have to reinstate everything which requires multiple trips between State Farm and MVD. No one cares. No professional attitude. No urgency.

This is the place to come to for your insurance needs. I always have exceptional customer service, great rates, and even better discounts. The staff is always friendly and compassionate towards their clients. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You can count on State Farm. It is one of the best insurance companies out there.
