I chose to rent here after calling several other places. I’m going through a hard time with my mother being sick so I have been making so many decisions, and I chose this place because of Martha. Purely good vibes. She was so kind and helpful. I like that it’s independently owned, every unit is climate controlled, and they have great customer service. Even though I had to drive farther, it’s actually cheaper than options near me, open on Sundays, and Martha made a sad situation for me as least stressful as possible. Thanks Martha!

What a great place. Clean, well kept, the managers were the best dealing with. Easy and quickly done to get a storage unit.

Stopped in after having a not so great experience at one of the competitors storage locations and was greeted by Randy! He was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me into a unit that day. I was able to see the unit before signing the lease and I’m happy to say that it is very clean and just what I was looking for. If you need a place to store your items, Vero Beach Self Storage is the place to go!

BEWARE. Supply and demand. I needed to relocate to VB to aid a parent battling Cancer, VBSS was the only unit available, immediately. I paid $617.00 month for a 10x12 unit. Found out 1 yr later, via a FB post, someone had a unit 2 bays down for only $170.00/ month. Randy took advantage! I am an idiot for paying it. RENTER BEWARE!

Randy at the front desk was super nice to me. Barb seemed pretty nice as well. I like the fact that you can drive the truck if you rent a storage unit. Or borrow the truck, in other words. Very nice people with very nice pricing. These guys know what they’re doing.

Great experience from start to finish! Easy access to the storage area and to our unit. The facility is incredibly clean and well lit. Love that it is a conditioned space! I would highly recommend renting from Vero Beach Self Storage!
