I have been with Storeright Vero Beach for years and have always had excellent service. Manager, Frank, and his Groundskeeper, Walter, have consistently gone above and beyond the highest standards in any service industry to help me with my storage needs as I went from 3 large unit down to one single large unit over the years. They both have shown me so much grace, patience, and good direction toward the best units for my needs. Absolutely horrific . DO NOT RENT HERE . Frank the manager is not only a liar, he’s rude, unprofessional , and condescending . I was told upon signing my contract the price would stay the same , it did not, After arguing about it , I accepted the increase , and that’s when his blatant disrespect started and only worsened as the time went on . I’ll tell anyone who will listen what an absolute nightmare that man is to work with .

Frank is an amazing manager provides on point customer service hospitality on a professional level . He lays down the guidelines rules and regulations on a personal level with common courtesy next to none of any other storage unit facility I've encountered and respect that you must respect ,thank you for your service Frank in more ways than one.
