The place itself was nice, and I initially had no problems. However, upon returning home, I noticed an additional charge on my card, almost equal to the room cost. When I called for an explanation, no one could provide one. I was told to call back the next day twice in a row. I then spoke with the manager, Jonah, who informed me that the extra charge was due to taxes not being charged upfront, which makes absolutely no sense why taxes on the room would be charged at a later date.
As a manager, it’s concerning that Jonah was unaware of her staff not following proper procedures. Although I was told I would be refunded $150 of the $171 overcharge, I was told the mistake was due to an error on their part, and yet, I wasn’t fully compensated.
I am less upset about the monetary amount and more about the principle. It’s disappointing that a manager doesn’t know why her employees are not adhering to policies and doesn’t handle the situation appropriately. Essentially, I was penalized for their error, losing $20 in the process.
Because of this experience, I will not be staying here again.

My mother is staying here during her cancer treatment. The staff and management have been nothing but kind and helpful. The pool is heated but small, so perfect for adults visiting the area on business. There is a center courtyard with ASTRO turf that has lawn games and tables and chares to enjoy yourself during the day or the evening. The only thing I would make sure to say, is that you will want to request a room that isn't located above or beside the laundry room as the doors are opened and slammed starting bright and early. It isn't the best for my mother needing to rest but she didn't know until she stayed in that room.
Rooms: The rooms are nice and have a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. It comes stocked with dishes as well. The living room couch are is separated by where the bathroom is located so there is a little privacy but not completely shut off from the bedroom.
Safety: Key cards are used for entrance after a certain time and required for access into certain amenities' rooms. The pool is gated and the gate leading from the parking lot is permanently locked unless the staff opens it as required.

Very friendly staff, lots of good mornings and happy! We were there for a tournament at Jackie Robinson Center. Very convenient. Clean, courteous, great stay.

Room was clean and in pretty good shape. Outdoor courtyard, patio/pool, and parking all very nice, and the location was great for us. But we were there 4 nights and only had hot water for 1-2 minutes three different times. Three 1-2 minute showers is inadequate for 2 people over 5 days in Florida. Staff said it was because everyone showered at the same time, so we tried different times such as mid-afternoon and evening, but no hot water. Also the air handler seemed to need to be reprogrammed daily and was way more complicated than necessary.

Very nice staff. Clean room and facilities. Nice to have gym area and laundry room on premises.. Courtyard was nice and well lit. Great location.
It was not the most peaceful place. Dehumidifier is extremely noisy. Floors/walls super thin. There was someone above me playing their horn for hours every day. It was so loud, depressing and unpleasant. I could hear people banging around in the rooms above and next to me. People were outside partying, laughing and yelling in the courtyard until midnight a couple nights right outside my door, while they were smoking marijuana.

The manager Jona was so accommodating!!! The rooms are very clean and all the staff is amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel. Any time I visit Florida, I will stay here.

Absolutely a hidden gem! Very clean building! Quintin answered the phone when we were searching for a last minute place to sleep and was super helpful. Quintin also greeted us when we arrived and he was so welcoming and nice! I’ve never had anyone be so helpful and happy at a hotel! He truly makes us want to come back, it feels like he owns the building with how professional and great he is at keeping customers content and satisfied:-) thank you Quintin! Everything else was perfect! Bed super comfy!! I wish we could’ve stayed longer, the room was very spacious and how clean everything was is a top reason of why I’d recommend this place as well :)Rooms: Spacious. Open and comfortable.Nearby activities: Very close to beachNoteworthy details: Spotless clean and brand new building.

Best hotel experience ever! Just about everything you need is in the room. The rooms even have built in dehumidifiers in the wall! The dehu was a bit loud, but it made it very comfortable inside. The two mini-splits in my room had very clean filters which is a great relief compared to most hotels.The only complaints I really have are that the ceiling fan in the bedroom was quite loud due to scraping against itself as it spun and I wish there were paper towels in the room. Oh and there is a small creek out by the pool that has a lot of mosquitoes that bit me.Noteworthy details: Dehumidifier and full kitchen in the room

Hotel is a hidden gem!The hotel is new and spotless!It is the cleanest hotel I have ever seen!I am picky about bathrooms, and the bathroom was super clean, even in the corners, and the metal walk-in shower track shined!Plank vinyl flooring throughout the room. Front room has an TV, , sofa, table, and chairs.Full size refrigerator in the kitchette with microwave.The bedroom also has a second TV.Ceiling fans in both rooms and AC.For the price, this independent hotel puts the larger chains to shame.Did I mention the pool and 4 washer and dryers laundry?The only con was the showerhead is high. A handheld shower head would be a great idea.Walkability: One block away is a Brewery, and a Polish restaurant.
