Arrived at 805am and was greeted by a rude employee who told us to come back later, he wasn't ready. Guy popped the hoods on 2 of our fleet vehicles and then left. The mechanic walked down the road and didn't come back for 20 minutes. Another employee showed up and finished the service on the vehicles. Do not bring your vehicles to the place.

I have been coming to Speedy Lube my past few oil changes. They have been very attentive to my vehicles specific requirements. Previous oil change places have always messed something up somehow, and The Staff here was able to correct the vehicles issues and have always been helpful and friendly. They have always been prompt and professional.

Very nice, not pushy and seem very honest and helpful. They do great at explaining things and why you may need something without the pressure. As a single 23 year old woman with no local family or "car" people (besides having very basic car maintenance knowledge), they make me feel very comfortable and assured that they are reliable and know what they are doing.

After leaving, I kept hearing a noise like something was dragging on the ground kept checking my tires, nothin was wrong with my tires. Drove all the way to Melbourne from vero and back kept hearing it couldn't see anything so I went under the car when I got home with the flashlight they didn't put my shield back on properly, so it was hanging. I Had it fixed the next day at where I usually get my oil change, of course from dragging it had damage so I called today spoke to a manager he pretty much didn't care he said that he remembers the car and it was loose onesomething so I don't believe that to be true but if it is true. I asked him why he didn't tell me he says oh, it was the end of the day and we were just trying to get out of there. True story and he was the manager.

I was the only person when I arrived. Still took over 30 minutes. Another car pulled in behind me and they started on it. Then observed tech using wrong tool to remove filter - took 5 minutes to get it off. Then started to put new filter on without applying coat of oil (dry seals will blow).
Not the dependable work I get from... shoot I do a better, faster job when I'm home (Virginia), or at Jiffy Lube.
