Called for a pop up problem that they didnt even cover. They helped with the issue and I had them do a look over at my car. Very quick, efficient, polite, and helpful. Will be going back to them with any pop up problems I may have in the future. Highly recommend!

Been comming here for my last 3 oil changes, my previous visit they stripped my drain plug so it was leaking oil, came back in for a new oil change and they told me the guy who used to work there was at fault and then they proceeded to charge me for a new one. No apology, no discount. Kind of a weird way to do business. I’ll just be going elsewhere.

I am only giving this one star, which is undeserved, but I can't post a review without it.
I will preface this review by saying that I am an older female, with 20 years' experience as a manager in the automotive service industry. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life as I was at this location and not just by one employee but two. It was no surprise we were the only customer, if that's the way they talk to everyone, or maybe it's just women of a certain age? In any case, I would not recommend this location, nor will we return for any future service.
I pulled to the front of their location to ask a simple question and was met by an employee who just kept shouting at me to "go around back, go around back" - I explained I just had a quick question and he refused to let me ask him, just kept yelling "around back". When we got around the back, the tech came out and as I stood by a bold sign on the wall that said "no customers allowed in bay" I asked him if my disabled passenger would be able to stay in the vehicle, to which he said "yeah, but not you" I said okay, I'm only asking because your sign says no one, he said "she's not going to try and get out right?" then as he was getting in to pull into the bay, I pointed out a second passenger was in the back and I wondered if she should exit the vehicle - and in the most condescending response, he said "didn't we just go over this"? I would have fired staff on the spot if I ever heard them talking to a customer like either of these techs did.
If you want a fast oil change, we were the only ones there so yes, it was fast.
If you want to be treated decently and expect good customer service, I recommend you go elsewhere.

I would not recommend this place. My 16 year old son went there for his first ever oil change, they swindled him out of another $120. Never had the decency to tell him how much more that it would cost. I could not believe they would take advantage of a minor. Absolutely unethical.

Worst place to go went for a oil change back in June,2023, went to my mechanic for a new oil change and found out that the bolt was stripped. Of course they said they didn’t do it and aren’t liable, but will try to fix it.I went back the next day waited 3 hrs and couldn’t get the bolt off they stripped.Come to find out on a yelp review one month prior to going (may 2023) it happened before and they cracked her oil panNote to self don’t come here unless you want more headache
