Thank you Bernard for helping me out at the gas pump. I was frustrated as I forgot my Sams club cc, but had my membership card and he helped me out. Excellent customer service!

Store is good. Lots of good items to choose from. The employees on the other hand. Most have attitudes. They don't speak If you are in an isle shopping. They have a look like can you move. Or try to push through. Excuse me would be nice. We were at the cafe getting some lunch. A young lady was waiting for her pizza. The lady behind the counter. Walked up to the counter. Slammed the pizza box on the counter. Which was not necessary. My 6 year old granddaughter was standing right there. The lady didn't say anything. Pointed to the lady waiting. And pushed the pizza box across the counter. Shoving it into my granddaughters arm. Soo rude. I don't understand why employees have to be so rude to the public. If you don't like working with the public. Then get another job. The employees look at customers as if they have the plague.

I guess after my complaint you had this store bring back the Brownie Sundae or at least enforced them to serve what was on the menu. The folks in front of me just got 2. Thanks!

A mess! Long checkout lines, no plastic bags, prices aren't that great, security checks your purchases when you're leaving like you're a criminal slowing you down even more, parking lot is a disaster, gas price is .15 cents MORE than other stations. I'm not paying $50 annually to this overrated store anymore. I honestly don't understand the obsession shoppers have with this place. The topper is I now have to return to the store (and waste gas ) because the chicken salad is overloaded with way too much salt

Sams club has everything you need and more. Of course, large portions are typically sold. Their bakery is delicious. Their oven roasters are awesome and meaty. I love buying chicken in bulk too to manage frozen meals. Plenty of snack options and a huge selection of wine. Good location.

So, I wait in line to scan and pay for items. Then, I wait in another line upon exit, to have all of my items rescanned and checked against a receipt. So basically, you wait in line twice. I will not become a member, and upon witnessing this, talked my mom into canceling her existing membership. If brick and mortar want to keep with e-commerce, they need to up the game and efficiency.

Just unpleasant, not helpful, but I think it comes from the top. I walk in there and see a lot of grumpy faces. Not their fault

The gas is great but you all need to either change pumps and put new pumps or change the pumps system, I have been on a line for the last 20 minutes waiting for the people ahead of me to finish or start putting gas because the pumps be down.

There is a sam's in Port Saint Lucie and this one has by far more things than the other. I honestly like shopping here and I recommend.

Good selection of products and helpful employees. Their produce is fresh and nicely packaged. Great way to save money, especially if you have a large family.

I recently moved from Boca Raton to Vero beach. UNFORTUNATELY SAMS in Vero beach is terrible The employees in warehouse & gas station are unhelpful. At times RUDE J can not believe how bad they are. I trust management takes notice & corrects this. We have found except for SAMs Vero beach stores are customer friendly. Lowe's , Publix, target to name a few I know my business or lack there if isn't a drop in the bucket. But I hope management listens
