I don’t understand! The reason we visit Sam’s Club about once a week is for a great affordable lunch (hot dog, pizza, etc) and rotisserie chickens. Of course, we end up spending several hundred dollars every time we go. Knowing this, why does the store management do such a poor job running the café and frequently run out of rotisserie chickens? The café is understaffed and seems to always have long lines. I feel sorry for the staff that appears to be overworked and discouraged. The condiments area is always in a state of disarray and is constantly running out of mustard or plastic utensils. Also, I have no idea why half of the fountain drinks have not worked properly for the past several years. Please wake up and focus on the basics.

Sams club has everything you need and more. Of course, large portions are typically sold. Their bakery is delicious. Their oven roasters are awesome and meaty. I love buying chicken in bulk too to manage frozen meals. Plenty of snack options and a huge selection of wine. Good location.

So, I wait in line to scan and pay for items. Then, I wait in another line upon exit, to have all of my items rescanned and checked against a receipt. So basically, you wait in line twice. I will not become a member, and upon witnessing this, talked my mom into canceling her existing membership. If brick and mortar want to keep with e-commerce, they need to up the game and efficiency.

My family and I are frequent shoppers of Sam's Club, and at one point in time, drove all the way to Orlando (then the closest location) for the great savings. The Sam's Club Cafe has become a reminder of times/past, where else can you get: a Hot Dog; a Soda and a Frozen Yogurt for under $2.50 and a Whole Pizza (ready to eat) for under $9.00. A big Thanks to the late/great Sam Walton for his inspiration of low prices every day, and a special Thanks to the guy's and gal's at the Sam's Club Cafe who never get tired of seeing the same faces day after day Their Hygenic practices regarding the food served, their kindness, friendliness and professionalism are well noted and most greatly appriciated.Vegetarian options: They offer items to satisfy the pallets of vegetarians and provide multiple meat items for the rest of usKid-friendliness: Some of their Cafe staff are older, Some younger, on occasion a guy, but always equaly friendly to whomever they serve, from the older handicapped lady in her personal ADA Cruiser, the homeless guy (with a guitar on his back)(who presumably played a tune for a meal and was there to collect) the little to the big they treat us one and all like we're members of the family. (After all we are all members of the Walmart/Sam's Club Family, are we not).Parking: One of the things Walmart offers yet Sam's Club does not is numbered signs for each lane of parking. Those sign's at Walmart help the masses locate their vehicles after shopping and I believe Sam's Club should follow suit.Dietary restrictions: First and foremost for those who are counting calories (or those such as me who should be) one need but look to the simplified menu boards for the Calories of each item served. The Sam's Club Cafe stays on top of their game.

Just unpleasant, not helpful, but I think it comes from the top. I walk in there and see a lot of grumpy faces. Not their fault

The gas is great but you all need to either change pumps and put new pumps or change the pumps system, I have been on a line for the last 20 minutes waiting for the people ahead of me to finish or start putting gas because the pumps be down.

Ghetto Costco.Absolute madhouse. You couldn't pay me to go here again.Disgruntled customers almost started a riot and eventually walked out of the store with carts full of food. Spend the extra dollar and go to Publix.

I recently moved from Boca Raton to Vero beach. UNFORTUNATELY SAMS in Vero beach is terrible The employees in warehouse & gas station are unhelpful. At times RUDE J can not believe how bad they are. I trust management takes notice & corrects this. We have found except for SAMs Vero beach stores are customer friendly. Lowe's , Publix, target to name a few I know my business or lack there if isn't a drop in the bucket. But I hope management listens
