Nobody likes having issues with their vehicle! Thank goodness for Mike and his amazing team! They were quick to diagnose the issue and come up with a solution to the problem. Communication was top notch. They called when they said they were going to and finished the job ahead of the anticipated time. Lexi in the office is pleasant to deal with as well. If you are having transmission issues this is the place to go!

Today while driving on Oslo I caught a flat tire and just happened to pull off onto the street on the right and try and find a safe spot to change my flat tire.I made it to an outside parking lot and I see S&G transmission auto. So i decided to see if they could help expedite the process. I talk to Clint and Clint is the man! Because without hesitation he decided to help me and if I had any auto problems. I would wanna deal with them since they're so willing to help a stranger out!

Was quoted a price for work. When I came back to get the car the bill was FORTY PERCENT HiGHER than what was quoted for the work performed as specified. Will not go back here.

I'm picky about the mechanics I use because I spent 24 years in the AF as an aircraft mechanic. The knowledge S&G showed me was impressive. The cleanliness of the shop showed pride and a high standard. They were very polite communicating with me, and their rates were equal and fair. The only small drawback is that cash is king, but credit cards add 3%. Overall, I'm very impressed.
