I recently had ankle surgery and the doctor suggested that a quality pair of shoes were needed for walking. Laurie was patient and fitted me for several different shoes until we found the perfect one. I am so happy and was able to walk without pain. The plus is also supporting a locally owned business.

Very very nice sales associates and have all the running and walking shoe brands. Also carry Lululemon clothing! I recommend and have bought 3 pairs of shoes from them so far.

The research I did online showed me Altra shoes were a possible fit for me and there WEBSITE listed Runner's Depot as a retailer. Sometimes things work out like that and sometimes they don't. I got to visit their store and see their selection of not only sneakers but Lululemon. Thank you for your help

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me learn more about my own feet and gait and were able to troubleshoot a shoe recommendation to accommodate. Both me and my wife now have incredibly comfortable shoes for our jobs and travels and it was a breeze.

I totally agree with Caitlin and all of the other very positive reviews. I recently had my hip replaced and my doctor took one look at my sneakers, told me to lose them and get new ones. With my new hip recovering I was not going to risk getting them online or at the outlets. I had been to Runner's World before, and had a good experience, but that was before new owner Brian Bryant, and I have to say I was very impressed. You don't just pick a sneaker in size 10, he has a process he takes you through to find the perfect sneaker for you. First he watches you walk in your socked feet to see what type of support you might need. He shows you a few different sneakers, in different sizes, to find the exact one for you. You then take walks around the store to see which model is the most comfortable. I can tell you when I walked out the door we had found me the perfect sneaker, as well as a pair for my wife, she LOVES them, wears them every day. Look, you're on your feet all day, and if you're playing sports it is even more important to buy the right sneaker, you will find it at Runner's World. Brian's staff is equally attentive and well trained in "the process". My wife and I also agree that it was one of the best retail experiences in our lives. Go visit Brian and his team!

Absolutely amazed at my experience today! I had never been inside this store rather always drove by, but I went inside to just try on some shoes that I knew absolutely nothing about other than they were pretty popular. Saw the shoes I was looking for on the wall in three different models. I was greeted by Brian as he saw I had a look of "I have never been here before" on my face. He walked me over to the shoes and took a seat on his stool in front of the chair I sat in. As soon as we sat down he asked my name, how could he help, and what I would be doing in the shoes I was looking at. After letting him know I was just going to be running and lifting weights in the shoes, Brian immediately began to talk about how the shoes I was trying on would or would not fit in those activities based on the shoe style, type, and structure of the shoe. Brian showed me every model of the shoe I was interested in, helped determine the correct size of the shoe, helping me put them on and even tied them for me. He suggested I walk and jog around the store to help me understand how each model fit my foot. What blew me away, was as I was walking/jogging in the store, Brian was asking my opinion on the shoes comfort, but he was also being attentive to how I ran and walked. He noticed that I don't rely too heavy on my toes or my heels, rather flat, and noticed the flip flops I wore inside the store. This caused him to make a suggestion to another shoe I had never heard of. As soon as I tried on the shoes I felt like I found the PERFECT running shoe, which was suggested by someone I only knew for 10 minutes that paid attention to my mannerisms, comfort level wants, and commentary. I was absolutely floored at this experience as it was something I have never experienced when shopping for shoes. Brian assured me throughout my time in the store that this is what they do: make the shopping experience different and ensure the customer has what they need to fit their lifestyle. Brian you were awesome and you got a customer for life out of me!

I was there today and purchased a pair of walking shoes. The young lady who waited on me was very patient and helpful. I needed a shoe that would allow me to use inserts. After about a half dozen tries we settled on a pair of Brooks.
