Was just in the Vero Beach store. A line to check out and 2 registers open. One cashier finished a check out and looks up to see a line waiting. She proceeds to leave the register and walk over to another employee chit chatting. The other employee comes to the front looks at the line and walks away too. 20 minutes waiting for one cashier and I said I didn't understand why the other cashier left the register knowing there were people waiting. She said that she is getting off work soon. Are you kidding me? Hire people that aren't lazy. I'm so done with Ross.

The fitting rooms in the back are closed. I had to wait in line at two individual fitting rooms up front. I felt like I had to rush and couldn’t try on all my selections. Now I am waiting in a very long line to check out. This is miserable.

You can ALWAYS find quality merchandise at a great price here. It's also an Amazon pickup point. Very helpful and friendly staff make for a pleasant shopping experience.

The African American supervisor in the front end does not know her return policy, she caused me a trip for nothing. I had my receipt and paid with my debit card and she will not give me the cash back. I think her name was Janice or something like that. please store manager review the return policy with your managers so that won’t happen again. This happened on Friday December 8th at 1pm. Thank you

Such nice staff and items are well organized. I bought a full set of dishes for only $22!! Then I forgot the dishes at the counter..someone answered the phone right away when I called and held my dishes. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and will always shop at the Vero location.
