He charged me $80 for 20minutes of work to fix the fuel pump relay. He didn't diagnose the problem correctly or completely. I have to pay another mechanic now to put in the new fuel pump which has been the main issue. It's costing me double what it should have.

Not only did I pay him to rip the car apart and misdiagnose the problem. I had to pay a real mechanic and extra 150 bucks to fix the stuff he broke!!

While Roman was quick to respond and offered to help, he said he could make it out shortly. This turned into waiting for almost 4 hours for them to get there. Once there Roman was fantastic, but after he left, the guys that he had working on the vehicle did t seem entirely sure what they were doing, or good at it. To change an alternator it took multiple hours. Then when we had to drive to the Auto Zone to charge the AC. there were faulty gages and while the guy said, it could take 3 cans, they couldn't even get 2 to work. It was definitely not a great experience and we hope that this improves for other sake. Mind you, yes they fixed the alternator, but the ac seems about the same.

I was with the family on the side of the road broke down and Roman came out was a long time was courteous we would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future if needed very pleased

I’ve been in business for 10 years, I own 28 OTR trucks and have never had an experience like this one. Friday I have a truck breakdown in Sabastian FL. I call Roman out and he finds the clutch has stopped working. He tells me he will help the truck get off the side of the road and fix it the following day. I agree and shortly later I get a phone call that the truck and trailer have been towed to a McDonalds parking lot using his VAN! I tell him to order the parts he needs from the Freightliner part center in Orlando using my account and I’ll send one of my local drivers to deliver it to him. He calls me late on Saturday (after Freightliner is closed) and tells me it’s too late to get the parts and the truck will have to stay at the McDonalds until Monday. Monday comes and I send the parts out to him. He asked my driver to bring the parts to his house and not the truck. I ask him if the truck is ready later in the day and said you can send your driver for it Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning comes and Romen states that the clutch is working fine however the rear differential is not working at all. I asked him if the truck was drivable to get it back to my shop in Orlando. He responded yes. He request to get paid for the clutch replacement and I agree and I paid him.According to my onboarding system the truck hadn’t been test driven or even started since it was shutdown on Friday. My driver arrives at the truck Tuesday morning to find parts all over and no mechanic and the truck won’t start. The driver and myself attempted to reach Roman multiple times via phone and text. No response. I finally get him to answer at 11:30 and he stated he was at the doctor and will head that way when he is finished. 3 hours later and still no Roman. So I call out another mechanic who discovers for some reason the starter was swapped out, carrier barring was partially unbolted, battery cables undone, air line to the trailer missing, drive shaft partially reinstalled, quarter fender broken off, and the rear differential was partially taken apart and possibly swapped. After many text messages and photos I could not get Roman to respond at all. I had to ultimately have the unit towed back to Orlando.

Great service very quick and knowledgeable. My radiator was changed in less than 2hrs I still had enough time to make it to work before lunch. Will be using his services again
