Never but anything from rh or rh outlets. You would think for the massive premium they impose that they would be high quality and excellent customer service. They aren't.The furniture in NOT SOLID and is engineered. You can buy the exact same furniture for 1/3 the price. Look at any alternative to buy.

RH outlet has a good selection of recent and past season inventory. Textiles, furniture, housewares, etc. Friendly service by Kenny was remarkable. We purchased oversized 9 ft sofa and they took it off the floor immediately, wrapping it with care for intended delivery the next day. Very nice experience.

Meh Not much of anything I need, what about the barbecue chips but I’ll give a rating of a 4 just for quality of products. I will plan to go back on a Saturday after their usual Friday deliveries.

Very friendly and helpful staff! This large warehouse-style store displays a meager variety of sofas, dressers, night tables, and sofas but only a fraction of what RH offers overall. Myth 1: “RH furniture is only large pieces designed for palatial homes.” I was surprised to learn that RH can offer most all future items in a variety of styles, colors, and fabrics, as well as a good choice of sizes suitable for any household. Myth 2: “RH furniture is expensive.” Nope! You can buy a sofa at a “regular” furniture store for about $1,700 and have it for 5 years—-if you’re lucky. At RH, most sofas made to fit the average-person’s home would cost about $3,000 to $4,000 but you’ll have it for many years because of the exceptional quality. I have finally realized that RH is the only furniture provider I’ll choose for furniture for any home I own.

If you are a RH fan this is a great place to visit. The outlet is hit or miss but if you see it BUY IT! Bc it will be gone and make sure you have room in your car for it!Great discounted prices!!!

Great place with superior customer service and fantastic deals! I got an Italian satin stitched shower curtain for $1. Not kidding. Brand newIn its package. Lots and lots of furniture. Worth a trip.This is a nice small outlet mall. Too bad other stores are closing. Hope RH doesn’t.

Highly recommend not buying the sheets that are made for the outlet store because it is not the same quality as the regular store. That also goes for towels and blankets . Found out from the store clerk that most of the sheets and towels are strictly made for the outlet store and don't come from their main store. You are not getting the same quality Look on the label ?️.

A lot of furniture comes through on trucks every week so don’t expect the staff to know exactly all the details of every piece but Hunter is the most knowledgeable. He is respectful, takes time to explain the furniture pieces and get answers for you quickly. Hunter is the best. Ask for him.

I drive 40 minutes to come to this location. I have found some of my absolute best home furniture pieces here: barstools, dining room chairs, chandeliers. The staff is very helpful and wrap everything up nicely and set it in your truck. Thank you guys!Disclaimer: do your homework, there are some items that are at this outlet and on the RH website (new) but at sale price. Sometimes things can be cheaper on RH website or at outlet- so always check, to get your self the best deal!

This location does have a pretty good amount of merchandise with not much damage. I do drive hour and half to this location and it’s worth it. Great staff as well.

Lots of beautiful items to chose from at a good discount price. RH items are amazing quality so don't expect IKEA price.
